Fun fact: Everyone in Log Horizon was actually going commando because underwear didn't exist until they were recreated during the magical tech boom. (Until then, people tided over the lack of undergarments with swimwear outfits.) The anime skipped that fact for the obvious reason that the anime had to be appropriate for kids as young as 3-5 years old.

XanaUzamaki. One of the VA's, he voices that pervert? He's done a Twilight Princess Abridged, Ocarina of Time Abridged and Majora's Mask Abridged in the past. I was joking that since I'm already a fan of Xana, my preference of his role is because of that, when I just find that character the most amusing regardless. Well, aside from Menu-sama.

Okay, I can't help but to comment on this.
1. The quality of this video and it's script is something that reminds me of some of the greatest abridged series out there such as "Sword Art Online abridged by Something Witty Entertainment" and "Hellsing Ultimate by Takahata101 and TFS"
2. I honestly can see this as an actual series. I loved the anime itself, but to see this, It really does show in a very simplistic way that this has some great abridged potential as a whole series. That isn't to say that any anime couldn't but it does call for a level of quality in saying so.
3. Fanbase; The multitude of comments and requests speak for themselves. This WILL get a following and to prove it I will be clicking a like and Sub button. This was hilarious and is content worth its own time to watch.

It's pretty funny actually, the comment about Naotsugu's survival chances and the betting pool basically set us up for more episodes.
I've seen enough abridged series that are hit or miss but this one is an instant hit. The jokes, the voice work is superb. Definately subscribing and keeping track of this show from here on out. Great job!

This is magnificent. I LOVE Akatsuki in this. I would actually compare this to TeamFourStar, and I don't make that comparison lightly.
I have to admit, this is by far my favorite entry for the contest I've seen. It's the only one that felt 100% professional to me. Like, everyone getting into making abridged series start out with some cringy points, be it the voicing or the script or the like, but this is the only one I've watched that had me feeling like the whole thing was professionally made. Even DBZ abridged and SAO abridged had those cringy moments in their first episodes that I didn't see here.
I really enjoyed this episode, and I hope to see more from you in the future :)
Thanks so much. We still feel like there were a few issues we need to tidy up, but we have more time on the 2nd episode now so those won't be a problem this time around.

Very impressive good lip flaps, good audio balancing, WONDERFUL voice acting. If I was rating it this would be a solid 9 out of 10 this is one of the top contenders in my opinion. UPDATE: After watching other entry's and thinking about it this has my vote

Log Horizon is one of my Top 5 Favorite Anime of all time (Genshiken, Bakuman, Ore Monotagari, and Shirobaka are the other 4), and I gotta say, as a huge fan... I loved this!
The voice acting was excellent, the animation sync was terrific, and I was laughing my ass off the whole way through. Very well done! Very much looking forward to more episodes! Keep it up!

I do find Akatsuki being the most hardcore elite video game player (in terms of skill at least) amusing. Though probably going to be hard to work with in the later episodes where she's shown as weaker than the others.
The bait and switch of her saying going commando was going to help her get good faster, and then having her actually be really damn good was quite a nice twist.
