Raag Bhimpalasi sitar by Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan patiala Heritage Festival 2020

Among day Raags, Bhimpalasi is a very sweet and hauntingly pleasant melody. The initial development via Alaap is done very artistically to produce the Raag mood which is then thrown into waves with Taans. The rendering of Komal Nishad needs practice with these combinations: g m P n S' n S' n S' . Rendering this way will give the required higher shruti to Komal Nishad. This wasn't a venue for Ustad Shahid Parvez. People coming and going, a largley non-responsive audience, a dead sound system, and a lack of feed back from the audience which is normally necessary for the artist to get going. The tablist was doing the best he could, but he was not on par with the Ustad.
The organizers didn't know how to value this great artist.

I definitely agree, the tabla player is playing way too fast and completely out of rhythm. He should not be performing with a legend like SPK!
