Interesting that brother Stephen is there to support Alec. They get along worse than the other brothers.

Though he may have been relying on the "professionalism" of the still wet behind the ears armorer, he was still reckless & negligent in handling that gun. If he had manned up from the beginning, he may not be in this predicament.
A case may look solid until the jury decides, you never know.

The defense has a strong case? What law school did this guy graduate from? All users of firearms are criminally responsible under New Mexico law to personally ensure that a gun they point and shoot at someone is unloaded. There are no exemptions except for NGRI, lunacy, mentally handicapped, and minors below the age of reason.
The one with the gun has complete responsibility for what happens. So tragic for all… something that should have never happened…prayers all the way around. Not a fan of Alex but what a tragedy
2 people shot,but only one charge ? Apparently in N M there’s a “ no harm no foul “ law that stipulates a person has to die if shot,before there’s any law breaking 😂
