      U don't need to do LAV if u do AIV. They are pretty much same. Nowadays LAV is obsolete.

      Impact load means suddenly apply load
      And crushing strength means gredualy apply load.
      Impact value test use for highway construction which have impact load from wheels.
      And crushing value is useful in foundation column and other structures

    You have weigh dry sample weight 357.70 gram including steel cup and haven't deduct cup weight for net weight of material.so material weight will increase and impact value comes less.please explain

      As per IS 383 - 2016 , There is only one limit for AIV for all concrete work in India 45 % except wearing course i.e runaway , spillway , road pavement , tunnel lining carrying water 30%.

    sr ye dono cylinder k dia alag alag hai
    small wale ka 75mm or jisme test perform karte hai uska 102 mm
    yadi ham testing cylinder dia.102 mm usme direct sample ko 3 layer me fill kare 25 blows k sath ,,fir test perform kare ,,,,ye thik rahega ya ni ..

      Practically there will be no difference , can do but how you take weight and it will be difficult to keep fall 380+/- 5 mm.As per contract in your project or any project we had to follow Indian standard.
