Hi sir if, I select the another year data shows that the previous attendance that have been already filled, it should be the blank one right .
It will not be Blank as it's the format of just one month. For 12 months you will have to create 12 Sheets.

Or in other way make present as a default
and we do absent or other things as per need

No worries, if comfortable, please share your file and I will do online changes, like 12 Sheets for 12 months and a Consolidated or Summary Sheet in the end, will connect Summary Sheet with all the months.
