It's not an error. For 12 months, there will be 12 sheets. For every year there will be new workbook. I never told in the video that just by changing the months and year from the dropdown, data will be blank

What you want to carry forward ? Leaves ? In that case the format will be bit different. You will have to create an extra column of ideal leaves and then all the leaves will keep on adjusting as and when someone takes it and in the end pending leaves will be carry forwarded
