I think the term "clean" is mis-leading..Some may not use pthalates anymore, which are problematic, but fragrance companies are not required to disclose what is actually in the fragrance, which are aroma chemicals, unless otherwise indicated that natural essential oils are used..parabens are another problematic ingredient.. A real 'clean' would be no chemicals at all...That's my understanding
because the OG’s want you to be forced to over spray not just once but multiple times a day so you have to go out and buy another bottle. as far as the clean part, i’m sure it costs less to make non clean perfumes thus boosting their profit margin
One of my fragrance curses is liking perfumes that are discontinued! I have to agree with you about the Peony Blush Suede being amazing! I also really like Wild Bluebell and the Orange Blossom.

I just got my Oakcha femme Fatale. It’s a dupe of Good Girl it is amazing ! I haven’t tried it yet but the box when I opened it I could smell immediately. I think it’s a 1-2 spray tops! ❤ smell just like the original! Thank you Oakcha!

I have the Oakcha Melting Embers, an inspiration of By the Fireplace..I really like it, and would repurchase it..I have never sampled the OG, so I don't know how accurate..Great performance and sillage, especially with 4 sprays on clothing..I have just also ordered Heaven Speak, I hope I like it, never smelled the OG either .
Yes. I have a few from Oakcha. Some are amazing and some really miss the mark for me… unfortunately I cannot get behind Gold Gem. I have it and have tried it so many times but it doesn’t smell like Bal D’Afrique I still prefer Al Rayhan from Attar Collection as my Bal D’Afrique dupe. My faves from Oakcha are: Melting Embers Desert Glass Sorcery Secret Duchess Ludic Moira I haven’t tried them all because for a few I’m happy with the Oil Perfumery version. I find Lira, Rose 31, Intoxicated, Angel’s Share, Tobacco Vanille, Wood Sage & Sea Salt, Oud Satin Mood all preform great as oils so I didn’t try the sprays from Oakcha. ❤
That's so interesting! I wonder if it's just a skin chemistry thing or perhaps a bad batch? For me Gold Gem smells virtually identical throughout the whole wearing but I've tried Al Rayhan and it goes very sharp on the dry down for me :( I absolutely love Ludic as well as sorcery 🥰
@@TheScented I bought mine a few months ago. Maybe they improved it? It smells darker and almost pungent… I’ve tried using it around the house and get the same effect. I hope they improved it. Almost tempted to buy a new bottle lol… but that would be a little overboard lol

I did end up getting the OG Bal d'afrique anyway just because I love it so much and don't have longevity issues with it but I'm happy to have both. Next on my list are The Beekeeper (Jo Malone Nectarine blossom and Honey) and Sweet Addict (Love, Don't be Shy by Killian)!

I just got a travel size of Angel’s Share and was underwhelmed. It reminds me too much of the vanilla on Bouquet Ideale, and I have Vanestasy by Maison Tahite. 🤷🏻♀️ I like the scent, but it’s too close to some that I have, but I would buy the Oakcha dupe for sure!

Does the Oakcha version of WS&SS capture all of the ambrette? I have a dupe of WS&SS from Dua, and the Dua version just doesn't have all the musky ambrette in it that the OG does. The Dua dupe smells more herbal and citrusy. It is not the same at all. I'm looking for a long-lasting dupe that captures the ambrette muskiness exactly like the OG.
First, I love your channel beautiful 🌷I just got Gold Gem and I am in disbelief....BDA is one of my all time favourites and God Gem smells like a mans cologne to me, not even 50% similar. I would say I have a good nose, I already have a dupe from DIvain that I would say is over 95 % the same and that I am so happy with but I thought Oakcha would be even better. I have them side by side including the original and they are just not similar. Would love to hear more opinions because I am so surprised by this. Just wanted to share my experience, we have such similar taste in fragrances. Much love!

I have every " For Him" fragrance that Oakcha offers. They are all fantastic. My top 1 will always be Old Barrel aka (Beau De Jour by Tom Ford) my friend just received Melting Embers ( Replica by the FIreplace) It is a Unisex fragrance I would say 80/20 More Masculine than Feminine. and I love it. Oakcha is by far my fav fragrance company. I never really collected fragrances before but I now have 12 Oakcha fragrances in my rotation

Oil Perfumery has an oil. My husband wears it and when he does I can smell him when he enters the room. Very nice.

I am in love with gold gem. I hate the name, but the fragrance is amazing. I get tons of compliments when I wear it. I also love torrid day and Ludic.
Lemon Cello, smells nothing like a lemon, custard, or anything sweet. If anything it smells like a fall, pumpkin spice. Super disappointing.
Our taste are similar- I have all of these but 2
