This girl is a prime example of why dads are necessary in a girl's life. How attractive is this girl inside and out, and it all started from dad.
Literally, in his n't sack!!
Dad's are important without the dads we all wouldn't be hear today and that's something modern women are not noticing it.
Yeah this is truth. We are prepping for a kid and a lot of what I’ve read is shown in her. Super cool channel
This is cringe. And a shame that a Women would even have to consider doing this.

The people complaining that you're working for your dad are either jelous, or mad that they couldnt do the job you do... You're rockin it. Ignore them.
My thought exactly [at 78 yy {years young}] You are part of a FAMILY BUSINESS . . . . .Your employers (Dad) trust's you.! ! ! !
Wait does her dad own the company

I'm a retired Class A driver...I watched your video where you showed your Dad your license, damn near brought me to tears.... Seeing how happy your family was, just too rare nowadays, never ever lose that bond. You do a damn good job and that's a huge relief for your dad, a driver that he can trust and does a helluva good job. NEVER EVER listen to people who wanna tear you down.... ignore them and focus on what YOU want. Your gonna do just fine, just keep being you.
Excellent comment.
Ditto!😉
Gee..... Write Inspirational BooKs why don't you..........haa No1's gonna Tear her Down & make her quit her Manly Job..........haa
Well said. This should be a 📌 comment. Keep moving forward.
Was it hard to get your CDL license, I went to one in San Bernardino off of Highland Ave and he didn’t teach how to properly backup just took my money
Bro this girl is something else. Hard working, smart and beautiful. For your age you are doing good in life. Remember people always gonna hate. Keep doing you🙏🏻💯
Parental guidance and a receptive child... what a breath of fresh air 🙂
Indeed!
Good parenting goes a long way to raise decent and healthy kid. First time around and I think she is a kind of girl that makes her parents proud.
Plant 5!
no shame in working for your dad, it's a blessing. At 22 you're crushing it with your class A, avoiding social media like the plague + innovative real world blue collar original content creator that literally makes concrete delivery on your jobs, the hottest part of the day! keep on keeping on
This is social media
@@juancarlosrivera5689 not
Agreed and on top of that , concrete drivers get paid very well
Hell working for your dad THATS job security!!! As long as you have been taught how to do the job and you do it damned good then that’s all that matters!!!
She’s making hella money off these vlogs her son UA-cam
Lexie, don't waste too much time worrying about the jealous people out there, just keep doing a great job driving!
Exactly
Yup. My only suggestion would be about the videos. Add a black outline to the letters of the captions and maybe a second longer do that it’s easier to read.
She gotta listen to us old heads who made that mistake too many times. Typical human condition wants to please everyone but with age you realize no matter how hard you try no matter what you do you're never going to please everyone. People who aren't pleased by you are jealous.
@@_ShrewdJude we said and I love your adage "old heads", kind of like my Grandpa used to say, "olE fossils". And you are spot on with listening to us, I am a retired Class A driver with over 2.5Million miles logged professionally, with no accidents or incidents while driving as a Class A driver and it seems no matter how much I would try and teach a younger person, almost always they thought they knew more, but Lexie is clearly not one of those "younger drivers".
So true, just keep on keeping on kid 💪🏽💪🏽
I have no idea how I ended up on a Concrete Mixer video channel, but I love this. Good job!
Lexie, people aren't upset because you're working for you dad. People like that are more upset with themselves because they lack the drive and/or motivation in themselves to drop the phone or walk away from the computer to get off their ass and be productive. The world needs more people like you who are't sitting around feeling sorry for themselves and getting out and taking charge of their lives. You parents have got to be so proud of you and the decisions you are making. As long as you are happy, keep doing what you're doing and when you look in the mirror each day don't forget to tell that person you're looking at how special she is. Love catching up each week and seeing what you're up to.
Well said.
As a rodbuster and cement finisher I want to thank you and every other cement mixer driver out there that help us complete our task every day. Thank you and stay safe out there on the road
She’s a unicorn 😅! You give me hope that there is still a chance for the future generations! Keep killing it!!!
Hell yeah keep up the grind! I also work for my dads company as a class A CDL driver driving all over the states and been doing so for 8 years now.
Being so young and having that mentality, and not living off your Dad just because he owns the company and by not acting like a Daddy’s little girl, instead you took it upon yourself to be a responsible young lady, getting your license and working in an industry totally dominated by Men and not being afraid of it, speaks volumes about you. Keep it up! You certainly are one of a kind. Not to mention you certainly are a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stressful working environment related to driving, specially commercial trucks. Being driving since I was 24 myself now 51 and still driving.
Agreed!
I’d be terrified to drive a cement truck!
20 year mixer operator. Your doing awesome 🎉. Keep up the hard work and content ROCKSTAR!!
Wow thank you! Means a lot coming from someone with more years of experience than me 🤘
@@lexflowaz You are the youngest mixer operator I ever seen. As for working with you dad, a lot of us guys have gotten our start working with our fathers.
Now, I am 65, it is nothing new to see guys twice your age still doing business with their dads. I know because different crews I call upon are family people.
You are doing just fine. Do your thang.
Having worked for my dad for the last few years it has been a blessing for me and I have no regrets. No one should look down on that. Good on you! Keep up the great work!!
I think it is a blessing! not many get to work besides their family so I definitely cherish it and I’m glad you do too!
@@lexflowaz Made me smile to know it's a family business. There is a lack of a family unit and God in this world today. Blessing to you and your family.
My dad had trucks in the UK and I worked for him as a mechanic/ tow truck driver alongside my eldest brother, we were always the first there and the last to go home and I loved every minute of it. You're doing a great job, and I'm sure your dad is very proud of you and your brother.

So cute you got to see your grandma, and she got to see you working 😊
Lexi will always remember that for sure. It's the little things that count
Gotta say I'm jealous. I put too much pressure on myself in my early 20s to figure it out now. Looking back in my late 20s, I should have had a more positive attitude about it like you. Thank you. You made my day better.
Don’t be jealous, I beat myself out everyday mentally, telling myself I need to move on to something else more stable. I brainstorm and watch so many podcasts hoping a light bulb will turn on in my head. But I constantly have to remind myself to slow down and take things step by step and enjoy where I’m at right now which is a life I once prayed for.
Having a smile on my face does help lighten up the mood tho, I used to cry on my way home because of how proud I was of myself for doing the things I’ve done,
Recently I haven’t felt so proud of myself because I know iam not where I wanna be again, which sucks because I was so happy to be where I was at.
Where do you want to be? Do you like it? Honestly it seems like a simple job and I think vlogging it is a nice twist.
Nothing wrong with women being concrete drivers. Nothing wrong with getting in because of family, Its the best way to get a leg up. Don't waste your time reading negative comments, just keep posting and we will keep checking in.
I never Pay mind to negative comments because I know they do it for attention, so I don’t give them that attention.. but this time I might have let it get to me 😅 and I as well wanted to defend myself and get my side out there but moving forward I will ignore the haters 😎 thank you for ur comment!!
@@lexflowaz It's actually shocking to me that you're getting haters (not really i guess b/c of lame social media lol). Regardless, you keep doing you Lexy. I wish I was as put together as you are at your age. I'm now 45 and own my own business/home but it was a long road getting here. Imo you have the perfect attitude and approach to life...don't listen to the negativity that makes you question your chosen path. You are a rare find, so wholesome and family oriented. It’s great you are trying new things and figuring out your career. My dad is a driver and he tells me about it sometimes, but now I feel like I got closer to him watching what he actually does from your channel. Keep discovering and wanting more, I say next venture. Use this capital and your available time to do Real Estate! Look into Wholesaling or be an agent. So you can eventually learn how to flip houses, and you will get discounts in concrete from pops 😊
I know your dad is very proud of you.. you’re a really hard worker and do a great job 👏 don’t listen to the negative comments! It’s refreshing seeing a young girl like you get in the mix and do the job like a champ
I'ts good you addressed the fact that your working for your Pops and with your Brother and that they look out for you. The reason I say this is because I'm sure a lot of young ladies might see your channel and decide to do what you're doing but have a completely different experience than what you're having. They might have nobody defending them and may experience abuse and harassment etc and then be upset they followed your path. I love your transparency and how you speak with your heart. That's a rare quality nowadays. I wish you continued success in everything you do in life.
Very true! Any trade you join will put you on the bottom until they hire several more newbies.
wow😮 you know I never thought about it that way but you have a reason.. thank you for mentioning this, I think it should be brought to others attention too, and thank you for your kind words! I wish you the same back!!
very good thing to point out sir. Its an industry full of almost all men and respect is always important
They might experience harassment, but if they have a thick skin and they're careful they'll become the little sister of everyone they work with.
My dad did something similar with a landscaping I decided to branch out and grow trees and gardening which was a great idea. My other brother took on plowing, creating generational wealth and making our companies bigger. And creating more jobs
Dang, up at 4:30am PST, my finger had an automatic reflex clicking the like button. You put in the work for your money girl. You wake up and start your day, and end your day with what i say "Dirty hands, Clean money". Jobs in the future will respect your resume. You are doing great for your age. Being a blue collar worker sure does give you a better perspective on life. Keep it up!

You're doing great Lexie. I have much respect for you becoming a concrete truck driver. Keep working hard, earning that experience, money and you will continue to grow and build your future. I support you on your life journey. Prayers and God Bless Lexie 🙏❤️.
I think what you do is awesome! To see someone your age working hard and being self sufficient is admirable. Knowing that if you had the opportunity to take over your dad’s business and being your own boss is great for your future. Regardless, keep doing what you’re doing.
I worked for my dad for 5 years in my twenties. It was a blessing and a learning experience. But also hard, cause I didn't want to be that kid who was there just because of my dad. So I had to work extra hard to make sure everything I did was top notch. Sometimes that was exhausting.
Now, two decades later I do something completely different. But I wouldn't have been without those 5 years. They were detrimental to my work experience and understanding of adulthood.
So, nothing wrong working for your family business. And you are doing fantastic work. Both on the job and yt, showing us what it's all about driving a mixer( which I knew nothing about), but I keep watching what you do for some reason. Just keep doing it until you find a new direction, or not, cause you're doing great!👍
Thank you for your story, I really don’t think I see myself driving a mixer still in the next 5 years but like you said, these experiences later will help me for the next step, thank you again tho, I appreciate you taking the time to comment
That’s right girl ,You go for what you want until the time you want to move on.
I think it great. As long as you’re happy with your life.
Happy days and good luck in the future.

Why the heck does people spend there time watching ur video and then put out so much negative comment? Your video is just showing what it like being Concrete Mixer Driver. Keep up the good work !

Facts a lot of green flags. Good work ethic, close to her Dad, and no Instagram which is really rare for a girl as young as her
Came across this channel only a couple weeks ago and fortunate enough to find out the How and Why so soon. :)
Thoroughly impressed with this young woman and her work ethic. Yeah, she's cute, and has sass. But she also shows that certain "man's job" are not necessarily JUST "man's jobs". Well done, girl!
At first I thought your alarm clock was going off(background music/chime) non stop and you were trying to find your phone to turn it off...then I realized you were just making your bed to some music haha. We admire your work ethic. Keep smiling pretty lady!
Great video. Anyone who works in a construction job will tell you the majority of peeps working in a concrete related job got it because of family or friends working in the industry. You shouldn’t have any shame your dad and your brother got you a good job. That’s how the industry works. It’s like a family or a brotherhood where peeps help each other out. Don’t let those haters get to you.
Lexie, you have storytelling talents ... the opening scenes, vlog style, creative editing 🎬🎥. That was funny ... you running back to get your camera😄 That is fantastic that your Dad has his own business and gave you an opportunity! I think there might be some slight jealousy out there, but obviously, you do not slack. You have positive energy, good motivation, work hard, and desire to learn how to improve your skills 👍😎
You inspire people haters will be hater😢 but you go girl your freaking awesome much respect from me and others
I can’t get over on how adorable you are! It’s just too much beauty and cuteness!! You keep doing you and that’s it. You’re on the right track 😎
This is hell of cool glad I ran into this video this women is a rock star whoever she settles down with is one heck of a lucky man she is definitely a rare kind of women keep on trucking
My grandfather drove mixer and then ran a crusher in Petaluma, CA years ago. I clicked a few videos ago because it was incongruent, young cute gal operating a mixer truck, seemed like it was gonna be cool or cliche. Your video was really cool, it was professional and quirky, but fun, most importantly I learned what it looks like to drive a mixer. Now I can understand more closely what the job looked like for my grandfather and brought me new appreciation for his experiences, thank you.
Aw that’s awesome that my video was able to do that for you! Thank you for commenting your story I appreciate it
I can see from watching just two videos that you've got what it takes. Your Dad would be very proud of what you're doing I'm sure, so if you are happy just keep going and "let go" of the two year thing.
Its like most cars or trucks for that matter..if it ain't broke don't try fixin it, you'll just make it worse. Keep enjoyin yourself. 😊👍
I am 33 and had worked for both of my parents for 12 years and I agree it is so much harder working for your parents, you have to give more than 120% and they know you enough and can push you to work harder it can be rough and everyone needs to get a start somewhere (mine was a stair parts warehouse both then front with paperwork and back pulling and receiving)
And yeah live your life make that money in time it will come where you see change coming (hell you've already changed from before becoming a driver) and you'll be ready for it so don't worry about deadlines on life goals so long as your happy and healthy just keep on keeping on
Exactly! It sucks that people are stuck with the opposite idea of working with a relative! But hopefully my video and comments like yours shows some people a different perspective. Thank you for your comment!
It may have been 2 years (and 7 months now) but you should give yourself credit. You are doing a job you never though you could do and you were able to learn fast and get yourself out there. You could totally continue for a while or change to something totally different and if you like it you will crush it!
God bless you
Lexie, my hats off to you.. you've acquired a license that is well paying, OTR, flatbed, etc.. haters create doubt and negativity.. don't let them derail your future and happiness.. its YOUR life. What a great start. Dios la Bendiga 🙏 Cuide y Acompane.
Thank you so much! Comments like yours are ones I screenshot to read later as a reminder to not let others bring me down. I feel silly now for ever letting anyone make me feel the need to prove myself. thank you! Have a great new week!
You go girl! Just keep going! Don't let the haters take your glory. Some day that might be your company, ya just never know.

Just passing through after seeing some of your vids pop into my recommends.
Nobody should be giving you grief because your dad got you your job driving for him, nobody would bat an eye if it was a son who went to work for their dad. You're doing well for yourself, getting eyes out in the world, and saving up money; and that's all that matters.
It's also just very impressive that a relatively small woman such as yourself is holding down this job. It's difficult for a woman to get into a very physical field just because it's a challenge of biology, but you're doing great and taking up even more work on yourself filming and documenting on top of that. Very cool.
Finally! People deserves to know the truth!
You're amazing. Have a blessed week.
You keep doing you!!! Its your life and you choose your path and the pace you decide to go…maybe its because their dad can’t offer a stable opportunity to them like yours…whatever you choose your youtube family is here to watch and encourage YOU to do YOU!

You keep doing what you love doing. Let others be negative, but you keep striving to do whatever it is that you want to do. Yes, it is great that you are working for your Dad. After you work your 2 years and if you want to move on to other things to do. Then at that time you will know what you will want to do. But until then, keep on truckn.
You're doing a great job Lexie! If you're having problems with mud coming out the back of the chute, I let concrete build up behind the rubber skirt that'll keep it in. Keep the rubber side down!

I don't comment much, but after watching your videos, I really wanted to share my thoughts here. I'm not going to lie, I started watching because you're gorgeous......obviously........but I really respect what you do, how you do it, and the values that you show. Driving down some extremely narrow streets you should be proud of yourself and everything that you do keep up your videos I love them and don’t miss any regards peta from Western Australia I also have my truck licence and drive double b which I’m not sure that they have them in the states but it is a semi with two trailers.
Have No Shame In Your Game!
It’s A Blessing That You Had Family (Dad) in the business!
I started with my uncle that owned his truck when I was 16 way back in 1971 and it was a blessing to have someone that had their own truck with year’s Of experience to learn from!!!
Your Doing A Great Job And Your Doing It Well And Safe!!!
Ignore the Haters And Hold Your Head Up High!!
You ROCK!!!
I’m a Marine Corps veteran and a retired interstate trucker as a Marine I never imagine a female actually fighting along with males and I do not have an issue with that if they can pack the gear and they have my back they are a Marine. I have witnessed women becoming truck drivers, and there’s many many fine female drivers out there, so more power to you girl, and you surely blessed. With your positive outlook you will eventually be who you want to truly be.
You are an inspiration for alot of young people, do what makes you happy.
A bright young woman with a quality dad is the perfect setup for success. I grew up watching my dad make money with his hands so I learned the value of work and doing something you like to do.
If I had a daughter I would show her your videos as an example of how to live well. If I were your dad I would be so proud of you. Well done!
Great mentality. You made the right call working for your family. It helps you and them.
You have so much going for you in this situation. I can tell by a few things that I see that you’re a real go getter. You get up at 430am for work, you make your bed and you’re on time. You can eventually run the company with your work ethic and how you are getting so much experience doing the hands on job that you have. You have your whole life ahead of you. You’re young with infectious positivity and stating the obvious here also beautiful. If you could bottle up what you have and sell it you would be a millionaire many times over. Keep the faith and keep up the great work.
Lexi, I’m proud of what you’re doing, working with your family is important, the experience you are getting is a blessing, keep up the hard work…
