    Obviously extremely aerobically fit. Extremely lean. Seeing some of these clips, he is a toothpick. I wonder if he put on more mass and had more strength, would he be able to push other guys around the court more. He's so athletic, I think the added mass wouldn't really hinder his mobility.

      If you add mass you lose flexibility

      Well if he adds 20 pounds maybe if he doesn’t train properly. If he added 5-10 pounds I think the benefits outweigh the costs. Plenty of 200 pound wrestlers, rugby ballers with tons of flexibility and mobility

      @@SquatLife you're missing the fact that tennis players don't take the same type of physical hits that "team sport" athletes do. That's why they need extra muscle mass and overall mass so they can throw their weight around against each other. Different sports need different body compositions. It's time the fans understood that. Also, muscle mass doesn't necessarily equate to power if the amount of reps you're doing is 10-12 per exercise to put on size. For power you need to be doing explosive reps that require the fast twitch fibers to contract. It takes more than "mass and strength" to push opponents around the court

      I’m not saying get him up too 200 pounds. I just wonder if he had more muscle mass he could use that to add weight to his shots. I think fed and Nadal found a good balance. They are extremely nimble yet not rail thin like dimitrov.

      @@SquatLife Your point is a dead end street. Dimitrov's 1st serve is stronger than the Djokovic 1st serve and the weight of his shots is up there with the best. He outpowered Thiem 2 weeks ago at the Aus Open. So you're wrong. The difference with the Big 3 is their insane precision and mental alien like state. Not body mass.
