I have done this course but the way in which you explained is very nice. The pinching experiment shows muscle goes weak. Very good demo. Thanks a lot

I conclude that pinching someone/oneself is something we should avoid doing.
Thank you for clear steps 🌷

Marjorie, thank you immensely for this clear demonstration and explanation as you go about testing meridians. I do hope to find more online ways of learning from you. There's something so special, innately radiant, calm and neutral about Anastasia. I hope she knows that she is one of the most beautiful women in the world. Deep appreciation for both of you.

    Hi Sonny,
When we are in the womb our bodies are obviously in a very different configuration, so the meridians are laid out in very different ways. The meridian energy is there, but the layout of them evolves into their permanent paths as our bodies evolve to our final shape. There remains an imprint of that original energy pattern on the body. There are actually several muscles with which we can test meridians; often that are nowhere near the meridians themselves. Hope that helps!

    Thank you!
Alarm points will go weak when there is a considerable stress/imbalance - an alarm has gone off. Muscle meridian tests (and pulse tests) are much subtler. Imbalance can show up in these tests even if the alarm point tested strong. So alarm points can show you what the emergency is; pulses and muscle tests can show you where imbalance is earlier in the game. Hope that helps!

Hi I've been on the foundations course and found your video really helpful but a bit confused about heart as we've been told never to weaken heart so we've never been shown how to flutter the nerve that you've shown it's quite useful thanks.

When would a person fail one of the tests? If they're weak when initially told to be strong, and when they're strong when we pinch the muscle associated with the meridian?

Your videos are incredibly insightful :) thank you. May I ask what the difference/benefits (if any) of doing the meridian muscle tests versus the meridian alarm points test?

Since your model knows that she should test weak there is no effort to "try" and resist. What would it look like if she tried to resist in the weak mode? I understand that the muscle will still test weak, but not as effortlessly as shown.
