What about "little witch"? That's the Nicname for the witch in Seduced by the Fae Princess by Luna Fury,. It does make sence for three reasons, 1 she is smaller than the princess, 2 fae lifespan makes her much younger (approx age 35), and 3 she's just learning about her powers. And for me the fact they're both women helps take some of the bite out of it and make it cuter. I wish I could remember some of the odder ones I came accross. I do call my dog Creature, but it's usually "creature feature", and noodle is most common. 😇
@zachreads nope can't stand "little", witch should be enough. "Little" just reminds me of nicknames I've called children and I really don't want to be thought of or associated as anything childlike. "My witch" would be acceptable imo.
This was a fun video idea! What about Violence for Violet in Fourth Wing?😅 I love it when a character calls the other a term of endearment in a language the other does not speak so they dont know its a sweet word.
@iliannal not a fan of violence as an endearment. It just doesn't seem like it flows very well and I always thought the author had the nickname chosen before her actual name.
I think in That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Human he calls her something like "weak human" and I die for it. I'm fine with little most of the time because it relates more to her size rather than personality or prowess.
😇

@happily_ever_april oooh I'd have hated weak human too.
