Spanian is the Aussie version of Joe Rogan
A man who can do anything and people watch
Word
Been thinking this for a month now
100%
I think he has built it to be somewhat similar. Keeping to the 1 hour time slot. Allowing your guest to speak. Even down to the wooden table and mic setups. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
I like spanian more, he seems really genuine
Bro this podcast is helping out Aussie culture that no one would know about!

Great interview Span / Jeff. Jeff made for a proper captivating guest. As a few people who have already said here, I would've liked to have heard more about the jobs he'd been done for.
*Now we just need to get that TAVEN 210 RBS interview brah!! By public demand...*

Jeffrey has profound leadership abilities. So wise to understand the underrated importance of human habits and patterns. So much admiration and gratitude for Spanian & Jeffrey. I would love to see a second interview- about the point where Jeffrey decided to transfer his skill set- and the journey/ challenges etc, from that point- to where he is now. Brilliant interview 💖💜
Brother you went from my favourite entertainer to my biggest inspiration REAL QUICK lmao damn you don't stutter.

I could so easily have fallen into Spanians and Morgz lifestyle at 17-18 fortunately I was able to break away from the boys, it hurt, but shit was getting too heavy they are all all doing life now, tha nk my lucky stars I didnt choose that path. This podcast reassures me I made the right decision
BEST INTERVIEW YET. i struggle in exactly the same way he talks about. ive never committed any crimes, but the ADHD thing of not being able to organize shit and focus on anything or get normal necessary shit done and i can 100% put it up to - not having anyone to bring me in, make me a part of their life. when i had to rent a house for the first time i didnt know how to do it, i avoid everything im not familiar with at all costs and it fucks me. ive had alot of massive injuries and multiple head injuries from dirtbikes and some bullshit with a hospital treating me like a criminal when i presented delusional on drugs just wanting help - they sectioned me and gave me the wrong pills, shutdown my nervous system, made my brain bleed. its not that im fucked now, i can type this paragraph FFS but i just cant function like a normal person, its unbearable knowing i can do all this stuff but not having any avenue to put my knowledge and skills to use. last year it was a decade since i finished my trade (boilermaker). and at the end of this year it will be 10 years since that incident with the hospital and mental health system.
Congrats brother!
Good to hear you stuck with it and completed your trade. You can earn good money in that trade and it will hopefully provide you with everything you need to lead a normal fulfilling life. 👊🏻
Mental health system is sadly all about money these days, they get paid to prescribe certain medications by the manufacturers, so they are very quick to prescribe drugs that are NOT going to help the patients in the long term, the nurses who work there aren’t even aware of this, they are told if patients are presenting with any of these symptoms then you must prescribe them with this medication.
An example would be someone showing symptoms of schizophrenia, pump them full of schizophrenia medicine, even if the patient actually has psychosis because of drug abuse, ( cannabis, ice, coke , mdma ) & all they need is to detox from these drugs but they will pump them full of medication and tell them they need to take them for life now & these medicines cause so much health problems & most of the time the patients believe this is what they need to take because a dr has prescribed it , a dr who has seen them for 5 minutes, lol, & the nurses will push this thinking it’s also the correct thing to do , & if they dare say otherwise they will loose their jobs.
@@danielgonzalez-yp7hi yeah you're right, they follow a very strict protocol and know how to get people in and out of the door, thats it. that sad fact is that to tackle the problem which is only going to be getting worse it involves having genuine human interactions, and "we" cant do that whilst our perception is limited to the width of a screen and our volition is only spurred by things that fuel the capitalist model and our over-stimulated reward mechanisms for survival and pleasure. we dont care about each other because we dont have to.
I can see this guy sitting in a board room with a shirt and tie on heading up a meeting. Funning how society and financial positions dictate an individuals success.
many people in similar positions (society, financial) don't rob banks and do ram raids. an individual dictates their success
edit: in saying that, everyones definition of success if different. owning a house with a wife and kids could be success to someone, owning 3 lambo's could be success for another. it's not that straight forward
100%. A huge problem with society is that people get jobs, power and influence mainly through family/friends etc and not through knowledge, experience, competency, intelligence or any other means.
@@pjdlol none has the same experience, mental state and genetic predisposition to certain psychological attributes, plus just because someone didn’t do something doesn’t mean they didn’t want to, I’m sure there’s tons of people wanting to rob banks but are too scared
@@lukeperry8047 bruh tell me about it the company tells you your perfect for the position they will get back to you after the interview.. then you find out on the wire that young jonny got the job because his daddy works there.

Also with jail, you'll be having amazing dreams, walking, running around flying anywhere, doing anything being anywhere (not to mention, probably a lot of horrible nightmares) and it feels very real (as lucid dreaming shows), then you wake up and have to realise every day, that you are trapped.
The imagination runs wild trying to remember the freedom you once had, totally agree.

Please no, Santos is a tosser..
Santos is too cooked. He speaks a lot of truth but does damage to the movement by abusing anyone who dares to disagree with anything he says. I've seen him relentlessly calling someone a 'faggot' and 'poof' over a respectful disagreement. He's an arsehole to anyone who isn't vegan and doesn't believe the earth is flat. Imagine him abusing Spanian for eating meat lol. He's in Mexico now anyway.

Get Graham Henry on the podcast next !! 👌🏽
Very motivational, a lot of gems of wisdom being passed on, Im going to have to watch this one again to help my brain change those neurological pathways of ingrained criticism. 👏
What was your biggest take away from the podcast?
@@jeffreymorgan Being our own worst enemy and getting in our own way when we take on the negative opinions others have of us when they have not walked in our shoes and don't know the struggles and traumas we have been through. Also arking up at people is sometimes just a protective mechanism for us and we are only human and it is normal, plus stunted emotional growth after trauma is not something to feel shame for because more shame just prolongs the healing process.

Straight up!!! I've been saying that for the longest time now.
Morgs you are the man.
Thankyou for all you do.
Doing my best to give back and make up for my past but show other's anything is achievable when you set your mind to it!
This Jeffrey guy is legit just based off of what he's saying.
Too right about the part where you have you love yourself and put yourself first - in my experiences, you can only help others when you are feeling good, and if other people choose to dwell on negativity and hate, that's their own choice and they have a right to do so.
Sharing the truth in hope it helps other's avoid the pain, focus on the problem and you find pain, focus on the solution and you find happiness!
They should introduce compulsory tafe courses in jail. Where you only get out when you finish the course or trade then when you get out you are given a job immediately. this will help people from re offending
Compulsory? What if you previously had a job but also did crime?
@@teepot4539your never going to have a perfect . What I suggested is for those who have no direction in life. Providing them with the essential skills so they can inter-grate in society and find their purpose will definitely help them from reoffending. They should also. Give them drivers license show them how to open up bank accounts etc. for those who commit crime when they already had a job well they then need to be in jail as their motivation to do crime will most likely be founded on greed.
It would help immensely and then some work release to get the habit started!
What a great interview
Another interesting and inspiring podcast, Keep up the good work Spanian.
Glad you liked it!
Wish old matey would of yarned deeper about bank jobs and his missions and shit kept drifting off the topic haha
Stay tuned for PART 2 maybe!
His done heaps of gaol and we never got to hear which gaols , famous names he was locked up with, what changes did he see in gaol from his first wack to his last wack, what was the difference in the Victorian gaols to nsw is vic gaol majority Koori like nsw qld wa sa and nt or is it other races, you have to cover every aspect of there life and go into detail about it otherwise it turns into Luke Erwin for example bra look at Luke Erwin and moudi tajjour it’s just a bunch of talking without structure just write down things before the podcast and think about what would be a good title for little clips guest like morgsy have so much to tell so you really have to take control of the conversation and talk about every aspect and make them elaborate of each topic you would’ve had a gem here
Like how you done it with your first guest you really done that one well it was profession & didn’t leave anyone wondering because you covered everything, just think like the civilians while your interviewing
