OH MY GOODNESS I learned about this as a kid from my dad, who gave me an article with a marked map of the island (yes, a physical paper article I'm old). It feels somewhat surreal seeing someone talk about Oak Island, considering I had to put up with my parents watching The Curse of Oak Island TV show for years, only for them to eventually get tired of it and stop watching. Still, I watched some with them, though I don’t remember them ever touching on any theory besides the Templar one, so it’s interesting to hear about the other ones.
