For set in stains on clothes that have already been washed, including oil/grease stains, I use a mixture of Dawn dish detergent with a teaspoon of baking soda. The measurements are not exact. Just eyeball it. Spread it on the stain with the spoon and then wash it. I have already pre-treated and waited a day or two. In other words, you don't have to put it right into the washer (although you can) and the stain has always come out. And leave the mixture on the stain. Don't washi it off before you put it into the washer. I learned this trick from a YT video and it is a miracle worker!
Hi Rachael you always look stunning. I thought maybe you could take your Christmas decorations put them in a bin and store in your closet, which would make more room on your cabinet behind the couch .
I also like to use an old toothbrush or a cleaning toothbrush to gently rub the dish soap onto whatever stains I have. And as far as brand goes I use whatever brand as long as it isn’t a coloured soap (like green or red etc) I just try to buy clear dish soap. Works great on almost any stains 😊
I remember when mine moved in I had a ton of crap I had to get rid of, not because he insisted that I get rid of it, but because things were pretty cramped. There was literally no room for his one suitcase because he was moving from out of state!
Sard Wonder Soap, spray, or the powder work great for old stains. A bucket of hot water with the powder, swish it around, let it soak overnight, and then pop it in the washing machine. For the soap & spray just stick it on the stain and rub it together then rinse off pop in the washing machine and wash. Stains should be gone. As for the oil stains, baking soda and dish soap mixed into a paste, and it should come out.
I always use Dawn Dish Soap on a paper towel that has cold water on it. Dawn Dish Soap is what they use to get the oil off of wildlife. When they have oil spill in and around the oceans , Gulf of Mexico and other areas in the United States
I use a powder soaker and a stain remover and use an old toothbrush and give it a scrub. I do my washing on a Wednesday, and l get a bucket full of cold water then melt powder stain remover in hot water., that way when you have any clothes with stains just pop them in the bucket till you do your next wash. And it works great.
Do you have an old toothbrush you can use to help work the soap into the stain? It can help get it into all of the fibres similar to scratching it with your nail but the bristles can get in better because they're so small.
I was watching your video and maybe you can get contact paper to change up the jewellery box. The other suggestion for that beautiful bottle, turn it into a reed diffuser...I'm 99% sure H&M sells the set and you just pour the liquid over
Hi! For your jewelry: I have an Umbra Stowit jewelry box. I searched for years before getting one, because I also wanted to be able to put things on top of it. Maybe it words for you as well. Good luck!
Kmart aus have the cutest plastic drawer organisers right now Has 2 drawers and a set of smaller ones that come together might be able to get a family member to send it to you

The dawn dish soap is a grease remover on pots and pans, that's why people were suggesting it. Can't wait to see what you thrifted. 👍🌹🤗💕

I think they mean the Dawn Power Wash❓️❓️
Dawn specifically is a degreasing dish soap, which is maybe why people recommended that particular soap.
That makes a lot of sense, thank you 💛
Rub the dish soap into the stain, let it sit and was it in the washing machine on lower heat.
Ooh great tip, thank you! 😊
The vintage lighter next to highly flammable perfume bottle, maybe not 🫣😆
