Seen it multiple times while watching 1320 video and Cletus McFarland's channels, there was another Aussie car at the recent Rocky Mountain Race Week event, it did a 1/4 mile power skid with a trailer for the end of the event.

Love that you guys are finally traveling and showcasing proper builds from around the world, you guys should totally come to the East coast someday, New York will treat you Hoonigan guys real well.
True, but i was not surprised really, i voted for the holden, but that first race made me think, okay this might go the opposite way, but then my initial judgment was right in the following two races, the capri might be powerful, but just like all burnout cars, they are just not built to get traction and go like a purpose built drag car, i am a Holden guy, but i have always had a soft spot for the Ford Capri, so this was a hard choice for me lol.
@@rjswas I was shocked but I figured the extra weight was gonna work in the Chevys favor. He probably sprayed on the last two runs harder than the 1st, because 1st run he left 1st and the ford reeled him in, second race ford got the hit and he walked away from him anyway? Definitely a quick change in tactics.

My friend has the Mercury version of that Capri, but it was called a Maverick!!! We also called it Red Thunder, because while it was V8 powered, it was the early 70s V8!!! But there was a few things done to it!! It was scary at speed!!!
