Yeah Barranquilla FC in the Columbian 2nd division is like a factory for good youth players. All their players are 23 and under and can turn into worldies for smaller clubs. In my Hibs beta save I got a forward from there for 650k and sold him to Palace for 16m.
As someone who has played Hexagons this last few years, I could add a little bit more of what I have as where to find good talent outside of Europe. Some cheap, some not. This is what I'd say from the top of my head: Good but expensive: Algeria, Morocco, Egypt Good and cheap: Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Senegal Good but expensive: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico Good and cheap: USA (actually free from academies, hence first. This is a gold mine.), Costa Rica, Colombia, Uruguay, Paraguay (or maybe I had too much luck with PAR, hence last) Good but expensive: Japan, South Korea, (Middle Eastern usual suspects go beyond expensive) Good and cheap: Australia This should be read as "expensive relative to their continent", not "expensive relative towards the whole world". There's exceptions on both ends (quality and price), and it's always nice to have everything scouted no matter what, but I found out the playing way (and man, I'd love for Asia to have more options as all leagues there have the "One foreigner must be Asian" ticked) and it's been quite safe and sound to get great players for me for both FM17 and 20 as... those are the FMs I played on gargantuan saves with extra rules besides the hexagon. (I'll start one on FM22, with a Sanmarinese manager on a Sanmarinese team because they're ranked the lowest... unless friendlies played on FM changes that haha, had to start at American Samoa (FM17) and Anguilla (FM20) before for the same reason, with the FM17 save being the most memorable~)
I went Senegal mad in my St. Mirren save. I picked up N'Diaye and Libasse Ngom as well. However his countrymen Lamine Camara, Landing Badji and Meleye Diagne are all worth checking out as well along with Nigerian centre half Nduka Junior.
Libasse Ngom is such a beast. He‘s a really good advanced forward and a huge aerial threat. In 135 matches for me he scored 143 goals and made 37 assists xD
I signed Nwosu in my 2nd Dortmund season, had him in u19s, rejected several £15m bids in January and hes now pushing Diogo Costa for first choice. Then noticed so many FM creators raving about him
Great video, I’m sure I’m not the only one that struggles to catch up at times so these recaps are very useful great first season back in the top flight as well
well from Senegal you have a real Gem in Ngom play MO but for me his best position is sticker with all the attribute his got after 2years at my club shark are turning around , chelsea ,city , bayern i got him for 100k value around 40 M now yuo can find him in the senegal national team under 20 i think , i got Ndyaye too and took Labisse camara another great investment 80k value after 2 years 8M
Couldn't agree more with second season freebies. I'm managing in the French sixth tier and I've picked up Drake Callendar (thankfully hasn't gone AWOL like in your video... Yet) Jetro Willems, Choupo-Moting and two Italian u19s. Not sure how or why they wanted to drop this low on an amateur contract but I'm not complaining
What a gem Abdiholiqov (I've renamed him Bob, because I'm simple!) is! I signed him for £88,000 on my FC Andorra save and he won the LaLiga Golden Boot in his 2nd Season at the club!
He's such a great player, we've come to know him as Bobby for the same reason lol I worry about our chances of hanging onto him past season 3 though as his contract extension demands are horrendous :(
@@Secondyellowcard He's got 53 in 86 in LaLiga so he could be a 40 goal a season striker for you? Just got him to agree to a new 2 year deal on £15k a week in 2027. But I would assume your budgets are slightly different to mine as I'm on the brink of a top 4 finish in the league!
I have nwosu in my save as landing badji's replacement both for free, still haven't tried him but I'm waiting for landing to be sold so I can sign another foreign player cause nwosu is 18 and doesn't have to be registered. Amadou ndiaye wanted to join at the end of his contract and then rb salzburg took him. Meleye diagne is a player I recommend, got him for free sold for 1.5m. Wish I could keep him but so many teams wanted, he is fast, agile and can score and create from the wing. Too bad the league has a foreign players restriction
I'm still amazed how you found and managed to get such a great batch of players into Hungary. Also that analysis view for the squad looks great, is there a downloadable version somewhere?
I think that the sheer amount of players switched on in this save 110k is allowing us to get them by sheer process of elimination lol Also yes, this is the analysis view i use www.mediafire.com/file/22lj679kw0xu142/Analysis_View_New.fmf/file
The thing I don't like about African players is that the Africa Cup is always during congested times in the league and that there's no international break for it. It's fine if you just have 1 or 2 (as long as they're not your star players) but if you have many more it can really mess up your season.
The times when the AFCON is organized mid-season are exceptions now It has become a summer tournament now I believe the Matt's save has started before the recent major update so the next AFCON is played in summer, whereas post-update in plays out in January
He left the club today on stream, he chose to retire and then just randomly left with 3 days left before retirement. Guess the man didn't want his retirement party lol
I know the owner of Water f.c in Nigeria, and might have to ask him about Nathaniel Nwosu. It’s cool some players from his team are in the game.
He's absolutely great, Nigerian international for me at 18
I happen to have watched Nwosu IRL, you can see the potential beyond the the fact that he was aged 16 and playing for the U20
Thanks man
I can't catch you on the streams very often so this videos are great. Please keep doing this content.

How good is Meleye Diagne? I'm kinda scouting him for my club IRL 😂
I got Lamine camara in my Aaelesund team in Norway for 100k and he was the best dlp. I had to sell him to Tottenham for 4m though
Kudos for the Hungarian pronunciation, it must be very hard for you! :)
It's really hard, but i enjoy trying to learn stuff like that :)
i had two of these youth intakes in the first 2 seasons with benfica , just a machine of producing top tier talents

Interesting ride. I enjoyed Hungary in fm 21. Reaching the UCL semis. And losing a conference league final to torino
Long live Generation Foot

Matto, will there be an UA-cam save this FM cycle?
It's unlikely at this point, UA-cam basically doesn't really like that type of content anymore, if you want to keep your channel alive :(
Have you released Nemeth yet?! Robbing a living. lol
He left the club today on stream, he chose to retire and then just randomly left with 3 days left before retirement. Guess the man didn't want his retirement party lol
did you ever do a highlights video of the treaty in the future stream?
I did actually produce it, but the FM23 Beta dropped early, and it got lost in the waves
@@Secondyellowcard are you going to post it?
If you remove the k from the beginning of Rajmond Krecska, your youth intake player's name, it would would mean wank in Hungarian.
Algorithm ultras!
