Finally finishing watching this and at the 1:15:50 mark, where you put down your performance token - you didn't need to put it into the string line, just anywhere in the Baroque line to satisfy your Patron. So you could have put it into the Wind line and earned the 1st chair bonuses. (And you didn't do your #2 token in the Performance area.)
Love this game so much and backed it super early! :) Time is going to CRAWL until it gets released to backers and retail. Thank you for an enjoyable playthrough!
As a board gamer AND period woodworker (as well as a crazy fan of Distilled), I jumped all over this one and backed right away. Loved your playthrough (as always).
@@shatnershairpiece What? No, "animals" represent things such as horse hair that are used to make violin bows in real life. Definitely follows the theme so don't be so afraid lol.
@@shatnershairpiecebows are made of horse hair, and often strings on violins are actually made of animal guts, sometimes covered in metal twine. Some instruments have leather as well. No animals are slaughtered specifically for instrument making, but parts of animals that are usually discarded (except leather) are often used to make instruments.
@@shatnershairpiece Actually, that just keeps with the theme, since until artificial materials became available, animal parts *were* used to make many instruments.
Red wing tech Mn has a guitar and violin program. I went there and built 4 guitars myself. I live close to paverson games…is the game made specifically for me!?! Will be backing, looks great!
This looks phenomenal, day one backer for sure. Thanks for the playthrough!

I was hoping you would demo this game. I appreciate the way you do game reviews/previews. Backing this one for sure.
Well worth it! Game is great!
Thank you so much for this playthrough!
Excellent job as always.
@@GamingRulesVideos thanks Paul!
What’s with the ‘pay 3 animals’? To make instruments? To transport the instruments?
Skin, bones, and intestines to craft with.
@@AntLabGames ugh. I was afraid of that. They always have to find a way to ruin the theme.
