I like that the casket was lined with bubble wrap... like they were using Amazon to ship you to the everafter.
that "robotic doggie" is actually a roping dummy. and it supposed to look like a steer
Possibly those items were props for some sort of play. being the names of cast members were written on the wall.
Gary Opdenaker Halloween spook house more likely
My elementary school also had a surplus of caskets and guillotines.
Carpetbagger, you aren't gonna believe this, but some of the props from a haunted house project I did a few years ago had gone missing a few years ago. And yes two were a guillotine and a coffin. Sadly the ones you and Adam found are not ours.
Looked like awesome props for a Haunted House. Loved the To Kill a Mockingbird location, watched the movie this weekend.
Gotta love The Sho Nuff truck stop, school, church, rodeo, auction house, funeral home. Adam the Woo can spot a hidden Mickey in a flash.
props for a school play i'd imagine.
Great video! It just goes to show you don't ever know what you're going to find in these old places! Thanks for sharing!
"A non robotic cow". Lol, I love your brain man.
I'm glad to see you had somebody with you , Adam who ? ha ha ha ! please make more.
I love seeing you and Adam go on adventures, you both work off each others humor so well! 'HIDDEN MICKEY?!' was the best part of this haha
Something said "keep it there" it must have been a ghost and I reappeared it to know it couldn't have been one of them to say it
sho nuff, school, theatre, guillotine, auction, church, hotel, restaurant with a live cow and mechanical donkey....yeah it's sho nuff
Diana Smith lol nice
Diana Smith. Yeah...lets think..of it that way..not Creepy to carry a Guillotine at all..
How many places was that place, before a restaurant moved in?
Wow...
Must have been a funeral home, an execution chamber, a school of some sort, a church, and a exposing bathroom place.
Before a restaurant moved in and made it their own.
Dang, so many collectables, like those school desks, the pews, the toilets(lol), the chalk boards, and the theater seats!
Heck yeah!
Well whoever the former proprietors were seemed to be quite the efficient group. Off with the head, straight to the casket!
great little explore ...reminded me of one of those old little schools you saw on programs like little house on the prairie
Cool old place. If only the walls could talk... Sho-nuff!
Seems to be a place they made amateur films , or plays? Little of this, a little of that! Sounds like a lot of fun once! Could have been a truck stop, then turned amateur theater. I like it!!!!
that was not a robotic donkey, it is some thing used to practice calf roping
was going to just say that. looks like they might do roping or team roping training.
All's I could think of was that line from "Twister": "Oh my GOD! Who ARE these people?!?"
The scrawling on the walls is a trifle unsettling.
Did ya'll know that Sho Nuff was the Shogun of Harlem? 😉
This was a really fun find. Thanks for sharing!
I've noticed and love that you don't pirate anything from these cool pieces of past and recent history
Wow! I'm a huge Carpetbagger Adam the Woo fan! Just stumbled across this vlog! I'm shocked there is one I haven't seen, and what a vlog it is!!!!! Awesome
Sho nuff, the casket and guillotine were probably props for the play.
sometimes I worry about you guys and where your adventures lead you...
my inner scavenger was wondering if that can seat would work for my 1929 Dodge Bros.
and that robotic donkey... that is for "collecting DNA" I am fairly sure. So I am glad you didn't hop on it for a photo op!
You are a great entertainer. The wife and I sure enjoy your videos. Thanks.
It is a little Bit a making of Adam the daily Woo! (behind the scenes).
Whoever owned Sho- Nuff Restaurant and Emporium we're straight hustlers. Jack's of all trades chefs and thespian as well? Gotta respect that. Great video. Very nostalgic. Thank you.
My first thought when you showed the guillotine was that it used to be a piece of furniture that held a dressing mirror. It's the right size. That electric chair you found was pretty damned real though.
love the video...what the heck was that place??lol maybe it was a church school at one time? who knows, kinda weird...u and adam the woo are too funny
maybe those were props for one of the plays.
3:15 - Adam took the words right out of my mouth! :)
Appreciate you guys sharing.
love these abandoned building videos
there was a whisper at 6:35 thats said "keep it there"
At 6.35 I heard a ghostly voice whisper something, it sounded like ' Oh keep it there ' or ' I keep it there '
I heard it too
confirmed I also heard it weird...
Karen Johansen I thought it was a radio 😂
Really clear wasn't it?
Karen Johansen yes, a man voice
i don't know why but i need a 5 or a longer vid of just the intro to this vid its catchy as hell!
Signboard sno 'nuff looks better than the building.
Reminds me of a village where everything was done for the environment.
Was before computer games, you may would lose your head.
are those petunias?😄
You and Adam make a great team👍🏼
I love the Salton Sea electric chair episode!
hey it's Adam the Woo! the reason I found this great channel. :)
Looks like an old church school
it looks like the guillotine and casket might be old theater props. It looks like the "blade" is wood.
Robotic dog? *THAT'S* a new one.....
and out come the bad puns lol
would be interesting to find out its history .
It's obvious they are props. The guillotine looks like something that was put together for a production. The casket has bubble wrap inside. There was a theatre in the building. Funny how you guys reacted though.
I've heard of the school of hard knocks but HOLY COW!
Why's this channel so underrated?
ha! I remember the homemade electric chair! careful out there guys!
Does anyone know which video had the home made electric chair in it?
It's not a robotic donkey it's a roping dummy to practice roping on ...as in a plastic steer mounted to a device that moves it like a cow would move to practice roping the cow
I would be so tempted to steal the raccoon bar somehow.
What an interesting place
its the everything building!
Hunter RedBlood sho nuff lol
I think that metal dog was a mechanical bull or at least it's what it looked like to me. Lol
Fantastic vid with you two larrikins xxx
My geography/history teacher has a real guillotine in his class. It still works but it's locked so no one can use it
ADAM the WOO?!?
that was awesome! you and adamthewoo are two peas in a pod!
That is just a crazy place!!!! Where are you, please tell me?
I'm thinking the guillotine and the casket were actually props for a play...
Prolly play props.
"Holy Ghost Warfare Chapel (of one's own doctrine)". How thoughtful of them. Don't wanna be preachy or nothin'. ;)
All hail the non-robotic cow.
Hey there, looks like maybe they had a haunted house there at one time. Wow!!
That is crazy!! I don't know what I'd do if I found that, hahaha!
NolaDeej z
NolaDeej 6v
did I see a cow or did I see a cow?
u saw a cow.
Francine Scott lol
Just watching this now ..seriously so hilarious!!!!!!!! Love it!!!!!!!!!! Years ago we use to own a real casket and hearse for Halloween when we lived uptown and had trick or treaters..fun times!!!!! We still have a handmade fake electric chair as well...:p hahaha!!!!!!!! I cannot help but think of Alice Cooper whenever I see or hear about guillotine's!!!!!!!!!
i like how adam corrected your pronunciation of guillotine. no offense to you but people who say it like you have bothered me for years. haha
new fan
Oh gosh homemade guillotine
Just needed some apartments and a convenience store and people could have lived their entire lives there!
will Patreon soon. def looking forward to a random post
Adam The Woo??
it was probably used as a spook house in more recent times
You two are hilarious
Maybe tge guillotine and casket were props for the plays.
It makes you wonder what people have done in the abandoned buildings looking at this one🤔🤔🤔
awesome!!! That was funny.
well whoever run that operation sho nuff had a finger in every pie
I guess the guillotine was a theatre prop....?
BTW that video title is one of the best I've seen on youtube...
oookay, that's a play prop I'm sure...but what WAS the explanation for the electric chair? I saw that video and it was creepy
Amber Pervez brilliant! Thank you! We were trying to figure that out
I sho nuff bet they had some good vittles at one time
Creepy place! Great vid! You should come to my city Canton, Ohio. We have president McKinley's grave monument as well as the McKinley museum with a lot of neat history.
great vlog carpetbagger may the woo be with you Sharon longfellow
oh wait was that the same one lol
Maybe a school play based on the french revolution?
I wonder what state this is in... Besides the state of decay & despair....
2:43 Hate when that happens.
I love abandondoned things heheheheh
Those things were more than likely props for a fundamentalist christian church's halloween haunted house. One of those ones that show you the punishments that await you in hell for the sinful life you have lived so far. They showed one of those types of haunted house on a Simpsons Treehouse of Horror one year. Ned Flanders played Satan (OF COURSE).
11:25 look under the seats that spider looks like a bird eating spider its massive
the video is only 9 min. and 55 secs long....
What can of school was this 😲😵
maybe for a performance of tale of two cities?
For some reason i thought it was carpet badger. Idk why but I thought that
Ok, so what i can get from this is it seemed to be a Christian/Catholic school that was later turned into a truck stop. I'm assuming the guillotine, casket were play props since they seemed to take pride in their plays.
