Looks like a timber framed home, so of course the internal walls throughout the home could be the largest factor in deciding whether it is a financial viable option to renovate the property or to demolish. Sad to see none the less, these abandoned homes present like a time capsule of family memories. Life goes on.
It is a shame that the older homes are being demolished. Like you said, it takes a lot of opportunities away for affordable housing and first time home buyers. I enjoyed the video.
Yeah it's pretty aggravating and sad at the same time. They're getting rid of malls, historical buildings and old houses. All this good stuff that I grew up with now is becoming everything online and it's sad and ridiculous.
Wow that table u saw in living room was a beautiful green vintage tv tray 50’s 60’s From the same era Beautiful vintage curtains in 2 of the bedrooms and that copper pendant vintage light all were something to be cherished and saved along with several other things I watched your camara flash by. And that 70’s dinette with the crazy chairs .. It’s horrible and sad to watch these timestamp vintage items be sent to landfill .. horrible
I completely agree. The gorgeous chests of drawers, even the 1940s couch which could've been easily reupholstered. And the 1940s hamper in the bathroom, and the pink sink and tiles--totally things people love and pay a lot for at salvage yards and in antique stores. Criminal waste of beautiful old antiques--that "flying saucer" light fixture, arrrggghhh!! Makes me so angry and sad.
Noah.nowhere thanks for sharing this video with me i really enjoyed it so much and i gave you a thumbs up and shared you out on my community tab my friend and God Bless.
This! Why didn't the demo company call Habitat For Humanity and get them in there before the end! I swear, these liberal governments bleat endless about reuse, recycle, sustainable blah blah blah and then nobody does anything about all the thoughtless, endless WASTE out there. Infuriating.
Wasting such beautiful doors and a lot of the other nice things is what is wrong with the country. I know it takes more time to take things down but I imagine that some people wouldn't charge anything to take the things down to help with building other homes.
I'm sorry Noah. I had to leave the video. What I was seeing didn't deserve to be demolished. Someone could have tried a better marketing tecnique. This home is perfectly usable, hell, I'd live there!!!
Another great video, Noah. The dude on the wall in the kitchen is a pope. So many items worth saving and salvaging here. Truly a shame. Wonderful house.
A lovely looking retro build for starters Noah , what a terrible waste for it to be demolished and so much potential including the house next to it , nice piece of land over looking the homes such a shame ☹️another great video thank you Noah see you on the next one regards from England 🌹❤️
Hi Noah Both of these homes are nice and should not be demolished. But then again once these houses get moldy from flooding you can forget about it. Those chair lifts are expense. A friend of mine got a chair lift and it cost $12.000.00 Now about that plaque on the wall in the kitchen that dude as you called him was Pope John Paul the second. If you had some kind of a religious background you would have known that. Anyway its a dirty shame that these 2 homes are gone and just a memory. Stay safe and well.😢
Well like someone else said in the comments can't stop progress but it's more than that developer came into the city and said we want to put a this is what we want to do to the area and they go in and buy out all the people that are living there and they put up these big freaking warehouses and God knows what else and they make twice as much in taxes that's what it all boils down to the almighty dollar fuck who's living there long as they get more money that's what it boils down to money.
This world is heading down a dangerous and pathetic path. Malls closing, taking down historical houses. I mean there's a lot of things. That's nothing compared to what is going on. Yep, the future is done.

Someone needs to rescue that vintage/retro kitchen table and chairs. That's the pope on the wall.

If that brass tube doorbell went down with the house I'll be pissed

Hello Hoah, another great vid! I bet it was a Nona and Nono house living next to their family.. Montreal Quebec Canada 🇨🇦
I'm sorry Noah. I had to leave the video. What I was seeing didn't deserve to be demolished. Someone could have tried a better marketing tecnique. This home is perfectly usable, hell, I'd live there!!!
I’ve stopped watching some video for the same reason. It’s depressing to see how many places are demolished to be replaced with substandard buildings.
What a shame it will be demolished! Cool video bro! 🤘❤️👍

Did you or someone save those 70's chairs and table the brown and white ones..there worth a few bucks..
Wow that was crazy. When you said they were going to be demolished, you weren't joking. Great job Noah
❤😊

Hey Noah love u videos ❤

Very cool find 😮 thx for sharing 🤟 cheers from Ottawa 🇨🇦

Enjoyed your video Noah!! Like that you went back to see if anything was salvaged Pam in Illinois ❤

Hi Noah! Love this old home. Shame. Great explore as always! 😊😊😊
Great explorer😊
Love the table and chairs ❤
Such nice homes. Sad to see them demolished.
That marble toilet is so cool! NGL I want it
How wasteful... So many fixtures from all these homes could be salvaged for Habitat for Humanity 😢
I was just thinking that!
w hat a waste and a shame it's being torn down.Thank you Noah👍🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

Awesome houses thanks for the video
The "dude" looks to be Pope John. Cool tour. Thank you.
Such a shame the home will be demolished. That damn almighty dollar. Sometimes i wish that didn't exist
rnk was rhere now noah is to 💯💯
So so sad when there was not much wrong with them. And things of people who are homeless.
Makes me sick to see this happen. 😞
Hi Noah from Hampshire in the UK
What is a sub division? Love your videos. Keep up the good work. Suexx
so many memories created in those homes, the couple on the wine bottle probably divorced or are in retirement homes now
Sad to see homes demolished, but they must go!
No, no they mustn't.
My favorite part was the turd 💩 stain.
Mavik is an ACE inhibitor usually given after heart attacks. Maybe why the house is empty of people.

24:04 Why the hate for Brandon Abandoned? Makes me sad. Some people 😒
While I don't agree with what the message says, if you actually knew the guy you'd understand the hate towards him.
The guy is human garbage it's totally justified
if only you knew who he really was and how he treats and talks about people.
