Wow. That was easily the hardest glue workout I've ever done. Love the slow, focused pace. Allows me to execute form well and really engage the muscle. Quality workout!
Just when I think your workouts are the exact dose of tough I need, there is a new one like this. I've been doing it for leg day for a couple of weeks and I still can't quite get through it all. I love it!
Oh my gosh - wow! One of the more challenging glute workouts I've done. It burned so good. Ha! I'm doing your 30-day workout schedule and am loving it. Thank you!
I LOVED THIS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love the fact that it’s focused on one muscle group. The no repeats are my favorite too!! Could you do a video with triceps as one of the main focuses? I really need to work on them.
I did this one yesterday morning and it was KILLER!!💥 My legs are definitely feeling it today!!😂 Your workouts have totally transformed my body and I just wanted to THANK YOU😄 You had me laughing with you at the end when you were telling us Sorry🤣🤣🤣LOVED IT!!!💥💥
LARIE! You listened to my request. 🥺 Gonna do it today itself. I am sure I’ll love it as always. Keep the booty workouts coming in the future too!! 🔥❤️
Your workouts are the best! I love your lower body so much I have a hard time doing any of the others. How often do you think upper body should be thrown in? Also are you going to add more workouts to the Month 4 program? Thank you for all you do!!!! You're helping bringing my sexy back! :)
Any tips on keeping tension out of the neck? I consciously relax when I notice myself tensing during weight lifting exercises but definitely need to keep working on that.

Is lifting heavier weights better than more reps? Does it depend on muscle group? Like I want smaller arms but bigger butt, do I do heavier lower and lighter upper with more weights? Does that make sense? Just curious.
Great question. Training with lower vs higher rep ranges both have their advantages! I personally like and implement both for myself and my clients with various goals! In terms of hypertrophy, lower and higher rep ranges both work - mechanical tension aka pushing each set/intensity is what really makes that change happen. As you get stronger, your body adapts, so achieving that same mechanical tension on the muscle group may require more weight, reps, or time under tension every week. If that’s all there, then I would look at the volume/frequency of training that muscle group. With the goal of growing in mind, I would look to train glutes around 3x a week (as long as you feel you’re recovering adequately) If you’re looking to atrophy a muscle group, then I would suggest training it less frequently or in some rare cases not directly training that muscle group at all. Hope this helps!
We were still on the warm-up and my husband said, "this seems unnecessarily cruel.." LOL. But he stuck with it and we completed yet another FIT by Larie together:)
There are compound exercises in this workout. Meaning multiple muscle groups are being used at once (squat, deadlift, lunge variations). Some of the exercises are more focused (like seated abductions) There are compound exercises in this workout, but not all are. What do you mean by “compound workout”? I could definitely do a workout with only compound exercises if that’s what you mean (total or lower body focused)
