another weird thing is, you could do vegetable spring roll and pair it with peanut butter and jelly (odd as it sounds, I've tried vegetable spring roll with peanut butter and it actually tasted good; i think the jelly wouldn't be that bad either)
As someone who grew up in the DEEP south, pig ears, pig feet, chicken feet and gizzards are good af when made right and a staple for many cultures. Don't knock it until u try it 🤷🏿♀️

I love chicken feet coconut curry…Chinese pig feet soup… n if u boil a pigs ear properly u got a great lil sandwich…n for gizzards a spread as part of a sandwich is tasty

We also do it in Hungary. I cook it only occasionally because its not the most healthy dish, but its delicious and my family loves it :D And collagen does a lot of good for your skin.

When you make mini meatball cocktails in the slow cooker, you use grape jelly and bbq sauce and they mix perfectly to make a sweet and sour mixture.

However i know a few people who will eat chicken feet plus Gizzard and stuff but i dont know anyone who likes tongue and Pig tail. As someone whose family regularly eats pig ears, snout, tails, feet, cow tail and stomach, tongues of any kind, gizzards and even brain- the second one was normal. We do remove the feet of the chicken but I won't mind trying if someone cooks it really good for me.

You could do pb&j with chinese food, you just have to make a delicious spicy chili sauce or something like that, use mangos or a citrus to make a jelly sauce to dip. You can't use traditional jelly, you have to make your own
