That part right there - I realized that if I was back to my optimal level of fitness I wouldnt have any excuses to stall working on my business. And also realized it means that I would be very seen. Very powerfully shifting tapping.

I want to share my experience. I am not happy with my level of fitness so once I've seen the video I started tapping. Have actually done it just a couple of times maybe. And later all of a sudden, I' ve felt a feeling of a tremendous amount of energy being stuck in my body. It's unbelievable. Ia have never felt that before. It is not that nagging feeling of missing a gym that happens after a somehow required gap happens. It is something energetic first of all. It help me include the exercises into my routine and I'm planning to re-switched my activity. And I would say that generally helped me re- think my overall life ( getting out if neglectful relationships so off course there is a lack of emotional life. Have a strong urge to change A really working technique

E.g not having to do more or to be of service all the time, so the feeling not so fit could be a solution to not being able to be clear about boundaries. My fitness level completely declined over the past decade. I turned into a hammock potato only moving around my home n spending most days in my hammock. A month ago I started dry fasting, lost quite a few kgs, thou I wasn't over weight n now I like 2 get fit again. I sense my excuse was 2 only do much needed inner work n there b no extra energy 4 fitness left. My energy/fitness is very low, but recently I started 2 walk. Alone, as I've not found any1 2 join, which makes it a bit harder n boring. I plan 2 c an acupuncturist soon in hope he can get my chi going. I've not tapped in over a year. And as u helped me much in the past, I hope my motivation 4 fitness will increase again. Thank u Brad as always ❤

I couldn't say for sure what might be going on, but here's a possible explanation. There are a number of different physical experiences that can show up when we are moving energy around with tapping. The most common is yawning. Personally, I sometimes feel a need to roll my shoulders, so a similar physical movement to what you may be experiencing. It could be how your body is processing the shifts.

I am here not for getting fit, here for gaining weight. A lot of EFT sessions for weight loss, but I couldn’t find anything related to weight gain, we are struggling too. Can you please consider this topic? I want to get really healthy.
I'm averse to exercise rather than being fit. Fear the pain and exhaustion of getting fit due to other diagnosed and the start line being so behind well.
I doubt I can get fit without pain or injury. If it starts out bad I may give up hope altogether. Of course Im being extreme to aid the tapping script. Unlying chronic illness complicates matters & divert from standard plans.

I'm generally tapping the left collarbone with my right hand - crossing the midline - but I also often tap both sides.
