कैसे होता है माइग्रेन
माइग्रेन का वैज्ञानिक कारण मरीज के सिर की ब्लड वेसल्स यानी खून की नलियों का फैल जाना और उसके बाद उसमें कुछ खास तरह के केमिकल्स का स्राव होना है। ये केमिकल्स नर्व फाइबर्स यानी तंत्रिका रेशों द्वारा पड़ने वाले दबाव की वजह से निकलते हैं। दरअसल, जब सिरदर्द के दौरान कोई आर्टरी या ब्लड वेसल फैल जाती है तो वह नर्व फाइबर्स पर दबाव डालती है। इस दबाव की वजह से केमिकल रिलीज होते हैं, जिससे ब्लड वेसल्स में सूजन, दर्द और फैलाव होने लगता है। इस स्थिति में मरीज को बहुत तेज सिरदर्द होता है।
क्या हैं वजहें
एलर्जी, टेंशन, तेज रोशनी, तेज सुगंध, तेज आवाज, धुआं, सोने का तय वक्त न होना, व्रत, ऐल्कोहल, अनियमित पीरियड्स, बर्थ कंट्रोल पिल्स, हॉर्मोनल चेंज, इसके अलावा मछली, मूंगफली, खट्टे फल और अचार के सेवन से भी यह दर्द हो सकता है।
आमतौर पर हम सबको कभी-न-कभी सिरदर्द की शिकायत होती है। ऐसे में कैसे पहचाना जाए कि यह साधारण सिरदर्द है या माइग्रेन के कारण होने वाला सिरदर्द? माइग्रेन के कारण होने वाले सिरदर्द की पहचान ‘ऑरा’ से होती है। ‘ऑरा’ दृष्टि संबंधी परेशानी यानी विजुअल डिस्टर्बेंस हैं, जिसमें मरीज को रुक-रुककर चमकीली रोशनी, टेढ़ी-मेढ़ी रेखाएं दिखाई देती हैं, आंखों के सामने काले धब्बे दिखाई देते हैं, स्किन में चुभन होती है और कमजोरी महसूस होती है। इसके अलावा, जी मिचलाना, उलटी होना, लो बीपी, रोशनी और आवाज से परेशानी होना आदि माइग्रेन के दूसरे लक्षण हैं। आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे होना, गुस्सा, चिड़चिड़ापन आदि भी माइग्रेन के लक्षण हो सकते हैं। इनमें से कोई एक या ज्यादा लक्षणों को पहचानकर माइग्रेन का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है। लेकिन ध्यान रखें कि यही लक्षण किसी दूसरी बीमारी के भी हो सकते हैं।
बचाव
इस बीमारी में बचाव बहुत जरूरी है। इसके लिए ध्यान रखें:-
तापमान में तेज बदलाव से बचें। मसलन एसी से एकदम गर्मी में न निकलें या फिर तेज गर्मी से आकर बहुत ठंडा पानी न पिएं।
सूरज की सीधी रोशनी से बचें। अगर आप बाहर निकल रहे हैं तो छाता लेकर और सन ग्लासेज पहनकर निकलें।
गर्मी के मौसम में कम-से-कम ट्रैवलिंग करें।
गर्मी और उमस से बचने के लिए ठंडी जगह (एसी) में रहें।
दिन में 8-10 गिलास पानी जरूर पिएं, वरना डिहाइड्रेशन हो सकता है। डिहाइड्रेशन माइग्रेन का प्रमुख सामान्य कारक होता है। इसलिए डिहाइड्रेशन से बचें। शरीर में पानी रहेगा तो माइग्रेन के चांस कम होंगे।
बरसात के मौसम में जब उमस बहुत ज्यादा होती है, हमें वैसी चीजों को खाने-पीने से बचना चाहिए जिससे पसीना ज्यादा निकलता है, जैसे कि चाय-कॉफी आदि।
मिर्च न खाएं।
ब्लड प्रेशर मेंटेन रखें।
गर्भनिरोधक गोलियां लेने से बचें। अगर लेना ही है तो कम डोज लें। असल में, ऑरल पिल्स में प्रोजेस्टेरॉन (progesterone) की मात्रा ज्यादा होती है जो हॉर्मोन को असंतुलित कर देती है। इससे माइग्रेन होने के चांस बढ़ जाते हैं।
सुबह सूरज निकलने से पहले वॉक पर जाएं। नंगे पांव घास पर चलें। इससे तनाव कम होता है। तनाव कम होता है तो हॉर्मोंस भी बैलेंस हो जाते हैं। इन सब वजहों से माइग्रेन कम हो जाता है।
रोजाना 30 मिनट योगासन और प्राणायाम जरूर करें। इससे काफी फायदा होता है। मेटिडेशन भी कारगर है, चाहे रोज 10 मिनट ही करें।
ऐसी हो डाइट
माइग्रेन के मरीजों को खूब सारा लिक्विड यानी जैसे कि सूप, नीबू पानी, नारियल पानी, छाछ, लस्सी आदि पीना चाहिए।
फल और हरी सब्जियां खूब खाएं।
कम मात्रा में नमक लें। दिन भर में आधा छोटा चम्मच नमक काफी है क्योंकि ज्यादातर फूड आइटम्स में खुद ही नमक होता है।
चाय, कॉफी और कोल्ड ड्रिंक आदि लेने से बचें। इन्हें लेने से माइग्रेन बढ़ सकता है।
ऐल्कोहल और चॉकेलट के सेवन से भी बचें। इनसे भी सिरदर्द होता है।
बेहद तेल-मसाले वाला खाना और उपवास भी माइग्रेन की परेशानी बढ़ाते हैं इसलिए इससे बचें।
कुछ तरह के चीज, बहुत ज्यादा नमक वाला खाना और प्रोसेस्ड मीट खाने से भी माइग्रेन बढ़ सकता है।
प्रोसेस्ड, डिब्बाबंद और खमीर वाले (पित्जा, बर्गर, कुकीज, भटूरे आदि) फूड आइट्म्स से बचें।

माइग्रेन... आजकल ये बीमारी कई लोगों की परेशान कर रही है। ये सिरदर्द से जुड़ी बीमारी है। आमतौर पर ये दर्द आधे सिर में होता है और आता-जाता रहता है। लेकिन कई बार पूरे सिर में दर्द होता है।ये दर्द 2 घंटे से लेकर 72 घंटे तक बना रहा सकता है। कई बार दर्द शुरू होने से पहले मरीज को चेतावनी भरे संकेत भी मिलते हैं, जिससे उसे पता चल जाता है कि सिरदर्द होने वाला है। इन संकेतों को ‘ऑरा’ कहते हैं। माइग्रेन को 'थ्रॉबिंग पेन इन हेडक' भी कहा जाता है। इसमें ऐसा अहसास होता है जैसे सिर पर हथौड़े पड़ रहे हों।माइग्रेन का वैज्ञानिक कारण मरीज के सिर की ब्लड वेसल्स यानी खून की नलियों का फैल जाना और उसके बाद उसमें कुछ खास तरह के केमिकल्स का स्राव होना है। ये केमिकल्स नर्व फाइबर्स यानी तंत्रिका रेशों द्वारा पड़ने वाले दबाव की वजह से निकलते हैं। दरअसल, जब सिरदर्द के दौरान कोई आर्टरी या ब्लड वेसल फैल जाती है तो वह नर्व फाइबर्स पर दबाव डालती है। इस दबाव की वजह से केमिकल रिलीज होते हैं, जिससे ब्लड वेसल्स में सूजन, दर्द और फैलाव होने लगता है। इस स्थिति में मरीज को बहुत तेज सिरदर्द होता है।

And now I am not experiencing any migraine type of headache since 3- 4 months. Try to keep stress free, practice breathing exercises mngg time and evening also if u are having migraines often, and drink plenty of water.
