Whats going on everyone? In this episode of Dersch I go to the merrimack river in bow new hampshire and try to catch some smallmouth with this new lure.

Subscribed because great video and great audience engagement. You should consider a review series of the megabass line in general. They have quickly become one of my favorite brands. Of course some of their shit has a hefty price.

Why do you have your reel handle on the right side of your spinning rod?

Try a polymer not good strong knot also check your line after several catches for abrasions

I'll answer on his behalf because I have one, too LOL. The spinning reel he is using on that dark sleeper is a Shimano Stradic ci4+ in the 2500 size. They are now discontinued (as of 2021) and they were replaced with the Shimano Vanford (which is also have one of) and the Vanford is pretty much a tiny bit better all the way around.
Not sure what rod it is being used with in this video, but I have mine paired with a Shimano Zodias 268ML-2 and the whole setup is mind-blowingly sensitive and light.
