Don’t use the Niacinamide from the ordinary because it’s to potent. It’s actually a form of an exfoliant so please if you choose to use it then only once a week. I’m only talking from experience because it dried and irritated my skin due to over exfoliating of that product. I am now fixing my skin barrier I plan to buy the Krave line this summer.

Im planning to get the cerave foaming cleanser and the cerave moisturising lotion but idk if this routine will be good for my skin as i have oily acne prone kindaa combined skin lol. What im planning is cerave foaming cleasner, bodyshop aloe calming toner, bodyshop tea tree serum, cerave moisturising lotion and finally the la roche posay spf. Hey I need your help! I have acne on my cheeks and dark spot from scarring. So far am planning this as my skincare: Cerave cleanser for oily skin, Nip Fab salicylic acid toner+ serum (alternating with the ordinary Niacinamide) and occasionally using the ordinary rosehip oil.
What moisturiser would you recommend for night and day? Im OILY as heck! Pleaassee help😭

Well microneedling is needles hahaha physical exfoliation is just beads so microneedling creates more damage to the skin
