From experience the steel valve stems break off-road more than any other valve stem. There’s no flex in them. I always had luck with the short regular rubber valve stems just change them every couple years before they start dry cracking.
Good point! I see full steel stems on older sets of steel wheels and tires every now and then (the kind with nuts). Valid point though id rather have something give a little. I always thought steel was popular in off road because heavy mud would rip rubber right out. I know an e range tire require steel valve but the base is like a standard valve stem.
@@Zacpactv I’ve ran e rated tire on 1 of my off-road rigs but a standard valve stem was fine because they never saw more than 40psi because most beadlock wheels aren’t rated to go much higher than that. Off-road they lived around 10-12 psi. Most trucks running load range E tires as they were intended are too big and heavy to really be usable for heavy off-roading.
Filled that information gap , thank you for the work and effort.
I use the heavy duty /high pressure when drifting and track cars. High pressure spikes and temperature swings
makes since!
do you know what are some good brands for regular daily driver cars? thanks
Can you put a high pressure tire valve stem in a regular tire like 4 cylinder cars?thanks
Yes, if you have them laying around but probably over kill.

@@rhythm618 Makes sense!
What size of valve stem can I use on my kawasak Z650? Thanks
TR412 would work great.
Is tr 414 good for honda 125cc motorcycle
what psi is the tire?
@@Zacpactv I think it's 42
tr 414 is rated at 65psi max
@@Zacpactv we can use it right?
I would always recommend metal valves for a motorcycle.
