  • You see you don’t always have to go to a massive reserve or AONB to reset,recharge or re-ground yourself…sometimes a quick hour round a local country park or whatever green/blue space you have available near you.
    It can have massive positive impact on your mental and physical health than you actually realise!
    A bit of quietness and stillness can reap high benefits and rewards when out immersing yourself nature.
    Whether this means watching fish dance just below the waters surface, maybe a beautiful swan taking time to preen itself or even the electric blue flash of the elusive kingfisher as it darts across the water!
    Taking timeout for yourself in nature is so rewarding
    So make sure you take time for yourself & nature
