Useful review. Have done 8000kms in last 6 months on this & trust me it's a very versatile machine - real joy on the high way & also great fun in the hills. It can even do some mild offroading & found no issues at an altitude of 15k feet during my recent ride to Arunachal... approx highway mileage is 28 to 32 kmpl & in city it gives around 20 to 23kmpl.
I got my intercepter 650 today
☮️☮️☮️
Congratulations
How it had been so far ? Long Distance, City ownership ? Pillion ridden ? Looking to get one soon may be.
thx.
Congratulations bro.
Congratulations bro
Ya but Wht Colour u bought Bro 👍❤️
First of all Raj thanks for speaking in 2 languages and excellent review 😊😊👍👍🇬🇧
You explain better than anyone else out there. Your pros and cons hit me like a sine wave
I am not a bike rider but the way Raj was explaining his bike, kept me interested in understanding what all was done. I really liked how simply and nicely you explained. Keep it up buddy! More power to you. Cheers.
Yakuza is looking fantastic mate - great update. Safe riding!
Australia forever mate
Yes please! We need those cleaning tips. ♥️
Dude...you sound so down to earth like a true biker.... don't ever change your style of presenting.
If no-one has told you yet..you have crossed the mark from amatuer to pro reviewer. Keep this up and you have great places to go
I never watched any moto video form start to end. But urs is the first. That was a good explanation.
Nice review mate, the RE twins just got announced in Brazil's motorcycle event yesterday, it's way cheaper then triumph's classics available here. I'm very excited to drive those bikes, regards from Brazil.
very beautiful, I will work to buy one, hugs from Brazil
Hi Raj, Enjoyed this video. Thanks! Please put up a video around the cleaning kit - would really be helpful to us cleanliness fanatics!
Yes I really like your Tank thigh guard.
Thanks for the video! Good looking bike.
Living in Scotland, I'd say "it heats itself up" is a pro not a con!! :D

Yehh especially in winter, a glove warmer every layby :)
I had one last summer rode 1800 miles. Easy to ride, easy to live with and excellent engine. Pure motorcycling but a little expensive in Europe retails for 8000 USD and no discount. Well. Let’s see what RE does next with this great engine. Seriously, it’s all about THIS engine.
Finnal y my prayers are answered bhai...thanks a ton..
I think you made all the valid points, this might be a bit overwhelming for city only rides and if you are coming from a 150-200CC. Give it some time and accept its character, it is quite FUN. That's what this bike is in one word.
The accessories make the bike look very beautiful, tastefully done! Kudos!
Really lovely description of intercepter 650
And you bro so handsome & your voice is good...
Am biggest fan of Royal Enfield bike...
Aapko phli baar dekha bhut accha lga bro
You really mentain your bike well. I like it. Superb accessories collection you have on your bike. The way it looks simple is the best. I love re intercepter 650 cc. It is my dream bike now. I want to have it in future. I love the simplicity of bike it looks. I own rtr200 and 160...the old one.
Good vid. Thank you.
A heartiest thanks 🙏 to you my dear brother from the very depths of my heart for giving us this awesome information about one of my beloved classic interceptor 650 twin. Your feedback is quite informative and honest and very very useful for all the bike lovers. I am also a proud owner of interceptor 650 twin in custom ravishing red colour and believe me the bike looks stunning and I am really in love with my beloved bike and I mostly ride my bike on weekends especially Sunday mornings. May god almighty always blesses you with health wealth and prosperity and happiness and a healthy life full of love and blessings and guffaws of laughter. A millions and millions of tons of love and blessings from Punjab especially Amritsar city. Please do keep up the good work.
Thank you for such kind words
I've bought my new interceptor and I really need those cleaning tips you talking about so please!❤🤘🏻
Try videos by @stuartfilligham. He is a pro in cleaning of your bike. Just beautiful.
dude i ordered the Pair Motorcycle Cafe Gas Fuel Oil Tank Pad i was searching for this since the 1st day i bought my bike
Yes yes yes , we want the cleaning kit video .
Hey Raj! That was a great walk-around video. I am also a fellow Interceptor rider and have been a big fan of your videos. I too have the same issue with the fuel indicator, it's COMPLETELY inaccurate. I did inform the service centre but no positive response so far. Let me know if there is a common forum where I can put this forward and get Royal Enfield to actually pay attention.
And hey, why not a video on the soft update that has been done on the Interceptor since September 2019. Minor but still may seem cool. Keep up the good job and keep riding!
None of the RE speedometers are accurate, even my TBX speedometer is highly inaccurate. But I've learnt to live with them incidentally.
@@arvindsrivatsav5916 Yes... Correct.. but RE should take this issue very seriously.. let go attitude will not help in future..
Whatever camera setup you are using right now. It's dope
Nice. Appreciate for useful information about Interceptor bike
Regards
Ok,as you would expect, I didn't understand everything you said but I think I got the gist of it !
I really enjoyed this and thanks for sharing.
When I get mine I'd like to able to have the use of GPS as I drive a lot in London and it's easy to get lost! Any ideas?
Non experienced or non R E owners only say this engine geting hot.this is twin and i ride harley street rod only in 3 km that burn like bhatti.
Haha and company left India due to their low sales response from our Citizens
Very nice and informative video... Thank u
Just love it, l now have a sidecar fitted. Wow, what fun.
That's a great video Raj. Subscribed immediately! Looking for more tips on the interceptor. Is it also true that the exported version of this motorcycle has better fit and finish?
Nice selection of extras Raj ... you have good taste in picking good bits for the bike. Royal Enfield should be employing you as a product development manager (or some other credentials).
Tank me jo rabar lagai hai aapne o bohat good achi lag rhi hai use pe good job
Quality information...and interceptor looks dope
Good job done on the bike. The best are the thigh tank pads.
you are doing well man. nice video
Great review Mate thanks India
Check the fuel on flat groud when statonary at lights or parked up with the bike in total upright position.
A booster plug may help cool the motor as they run lean from factory.
I believe the gear shift leaver, Brake leaver would be better cast metal intead of flat plate. I believe adjustable clutch leavers would be a favored modification like the Triumph Bonnevilles have.
A more free flowing exahust is also a good mod to go with the booster plug.
The lower scratch plate is a very good idea as well as the crash bars.
The wind screen is a good mod as well. I put an O-ring chain on as well.
Beautifully curated review..Thank u
How is the electriacal quality .. is the wiring harness insulated ???
Wow, beautiful bike , thanks for video 🙏

Very nice walk around and review. Keep it
1st viewer and 1st liker💥❤️
Pivot Risers for the handle bar is certainly a must for the interceptor,it was the first thing i noticed when taking a test drive at the worli showroom.Silencers are quite high up and will certainly be an agni pariksha for the pillion passenger.A key defect i have noticed in the interceptor has been that its been too "leanly" tuned, the AFR certainly needs to be made richer and that will immediately result in a much cooler running engine.(one can use a piggy back like powertronic that will surely sort this issue and increase power or a cheaper solution is just get a remap done from the company if possible) I wish this bike was a 750 straight from the start instead of a 600 cc.
My interceptor’s indicators were bent when delivered.... its the black rubber part which was bent.... is there any way i can only get that part new instead of the whole indicator?.....
Nice video, and modifications too.
About heating, the bikes compared here have liquid cooled engines. This is a retro motorcycle with a air and oil cooled engine. The exterior of the engine is designed to have more surface area, through which the air flows absorbing the heat and cooling the engine. The hot air rider feels is part of the normal cooling mechanism and not a defect :) this is less apparent in liquid cooled engines. Unlike modern, performance oriented bikes which go up to 10K or more RPM, Retro motorcycles with big displacement usually don't require liquid cooling because they mostly work on lower RPM. Also air cooled engine looks more retro.
Now thats a nice bike. Lovely 👍
helpfull content brother
Friend, in the catalogue at Saharaseats, exactly what color brown is that? It looks much darker than the browns in their online catalogue, but still lighter than black.
Hello mate, have you had any squealing brake issue on the bike? My rear brake is squealing like a whistle when I brake softly say when I'm approaching a traffic signal. The front brake also squeals but not as much as the rear. Any ideas on DIY brake cleaning?
Cheers.
Honestly waiting for this.. thanx alot ✌
Your video came in my google feed
Nice Bhai ,acha vlog banaya .any update on exoust????
Loved your presentation and coverage, I am booking one for my son soon. Very useful and exhaustive review. What are the minimum mods which we should look at ?
Nice... Bahut Badhiya
Potrait shots are awesome
Kya heating problem bs6 model me solve ho jayegi
Hello Raj, big fan.
Had a question. Do you observe handle wobbling in your interceptor above 40-45mph, after you lift your hand from the handle.
I am facing the issue and would be great if you could help me sort it out as by service centre is unable to resolve it and i am tired of writing and following up with them
I'm in Oklahoma, USA. I have riding Harley 883L for 12 years. The VTwin heats up real good. It is air cooled and muscle bike. So dont worry about heat. I use 20W-50 oil.
Good one Raj.
I rarely like bike reviews.
I have owned 5 bullets in last 38 years.
Thinking of an interceptor now.
Wondering if I shud yet buy myself another Buller or this.
Let's connect.
Best...
audio clarity is nice!
Meet u at rider mania Goa 2019
Bro, can we use the stock seat for long ride and is it worth buying touring seat from royal enfield or should I check after market seats. But the price comes near by the original one. Pls replay
The Best Ownership Review On internet today. Very well sorted and narrated. I am sailing in 2 boats today. Really loved Interceptor/Continental however, I have never been an RE Fan because of obvious stories of painful ownership. However, these new breeds are a diff story I think. How would you stack this against say a used Triumph Street Twin? Some call Interceptor a 'Garrebo Ka Bonnie' :P . It may not be a fair comparison but I am longing to get a classic ride since forever. What would be your take on that ?
Also, I am a Weekend and occasional long distance rider. But how is the pillion comfort? That is something I am very keen to know while making up my mind. I think stock seats are pretty bad.
Thumbs Up for the review and Ride Safe Brother.
Beautifully modified. Lovely taste
Talking about the shocks it's on the softer side so not that great for cornering how about installing the ohlins suspention kit for the interseptor..?
Please make video on how to maintain gun metal grey and stealth black colour.
Yes raj sir hindi me acha lagta hai although i can understand very well English
Very well explained.👍
Hi, can you share some new motorcycle break-in tips, please? Planning to buy 1200CC Triumph Speed Twin, need some tips to break in.
Hello Raj I bought my R.E. Int 650 last year as soon as they were available here in USA. I have the same color as you and like your mods a lot. How can I get my seat recovered like you. It looks fantastic.
Yes bhai cleaning tips please
OhMG, LoL I Clicked on the video thinking it to be "Be YouNick"
