Really putting out the volume i went with the AR 45 finishing plumbing it up question on ypur discharge line pump to reel connections u running barb connection or u have it threaded in? U ever experience any blow offs thanks love the rig
I have barbed connections. I’ve had the hose blown off the discharge port due to a loose hose clamp. I also avoid staying off the trigger as much as possible to avoid too much buildup even though I’m running 25ft bypass hose.
is this typical with these pumps. Im afraid of heights and want to have something to reach roofs from the ground. my 12v only gets 40 ft on a perfect day
There is no secret. Just have to hustle as well as reinvest back into your company so that you can have the right equipment to take on the jobs you're looking for. Having experience as well as good reviews to show that you're different from all the other contractors that offer the same service.
Very wide range of vendors do. North Georgia Airless sells them but if you just Google P40 softwash system you'll find several options. The issue is finding one available because they're on backorder.
@@michaelerichsen6075 it's a demonstration on the Comet P40 gas softwash system and how it operates. No you can't downstream with it. The nozzle is a low pressure nozzle. Not for pressure washers. Just Google Comet P40 and you'll find plenty of videos that talk about it.
I just P36 and added the hydro mixer but for some reason I keep fucking up when I try and prime itI’m not sure if my holes are too little or I need a different engine? I’m using one Northern Tools called irontron could that be the problem?
@@dmpressurewashinganddisinf6112 I don't believe the engine has anything to do with it. You only need a minimum of 5hp for the pump. I've never had to prime my P40 at all. It just pulls like it's suppose to. As far as the hydromixer I believe they make their with 3/4 valves. The p36 will be fine with that and it should work.
We recently sold ours, it had too much flow i was using a ton of bleach per job. I also had priming issues all the time we would get it primed and it would work fine for 5 minutes then all of a sudden i would never know i wasnt spraying bleach only soap. I had to smell it. I went back to the 12v never had issues now and use camlock fittings for instant change outs.
@Millennium Man yes it had priming issues. I wouldn't buy it man, think about your downstream injectors and hoses and how fast bleach causes them to rust out. It's the same thing with the gas pump. The reason why our pressure washers last so long is because we don't run bleach through them. The gas pump won't last and it's 2 grand!
@Millennium Man it's not plastic internally. It's a smaller pressure washer made from Honda that people have used to pump high bleach. The problem is things go bad when bleach goes through it. Buy it and see if you like it. All I was doing was saying it sucked for me.
@Millennium Man get the comet p40. We use it on the residential side just as a rinsing machine. We apply with a 8pm and rinse with both 8pm and 11gpm from the p40. The p40 is amazing for commercial work. We make 6-10k a day doing commercial worth with the p40.
I need that!! Rinse time with the customers water is crippling!! Lol

@@readykleenpowerwashing thanks yea I have barbed fitting for my AR see how it holds up

Yes. Gas softwash systems can give you the most reach and volume of any of the 3 major softwash systems.
i'm currently running 300 ft of 1/2 hose, i'm about to upgrade to 200' of 5/8 hose to gain more flow/reach
Is 5/8 that much better like extremely more noticeable ?
How many fpm is that?
11gpm
I have the same set up, but my gun will NOT put out the volume for some reason, after 5 seconds it drops like a wet noodle?
What size hose are you running? Must have an air leak.
any issues with leaking so far?
Nope
What is y’all’s secret to staying to busy . I’d love to pressure wash 24/7 if I could.

What exactly am I witnessing the nozzle ? Is it a soap pulling nozzle ? Can I downstream with it ?

@Millennium Man the only benefit is distance. If I were you I would buy the 10gpm 24v from Northstar. It's only $400

I’m using 7 gpm 12 volt pump for application and rinsing with the Comet P40 👍💰
Impressive 🤩
