Now that’s what I call customer service!! I picked up my StayFresh from Tim, in person. Great customer service from start to finish. I never had that kind of service from the other major competitor (Hahvest Wong).

The fact that the president of the company was willing to take user feedback, no matter how rare the issue, and turn around in a handful of weeks with a solution instills a lot of confidence in purchasing one of these units from them. I've never heard of such attention to detail with Harvest Right. These guys are constantly innovating and not sitting on their laurels.

That is awesome to know! I haven't gotten one yet but I am in the market for a freeze dryer and I am also in an area where I get frequent power outages hence I have a whole home generator but even so there would be a 10-second glitch of no power and that would reboot that freeze dryer. so even though I've had it where I'm running 20 to 30 hours on a whole home generator, that update is the best thing there is to avoid any lost food and continue on with the whole process thanks so much for the info Eric and pushing this along to get it updated
