I would really appreciate if you have an idea of financial institutions that would work with people like me.

Visited one property at Rosslyn, l could imagine myself on that balcony by the fireplace enjoying the backyard..the view and ambience was amazing We shall meet one day😃😊 Great points. Also buying off plan has good returns. Being in this space, l have seen guys investing in a property then resell it either when the property is complete or midway. They get good returns. Like you said due diligence. Others are "financing".......just like in bonds. So a developer would pay you interest like he would if he borrowed cash from the bank.

She told me they will be having trouble in the near future. I heed her advice and forgot about them. Sure enough they are having trouble with regulators and difficulties delivering to customers.

I have invested with some friends (same advice you gave here :-) and hope to own a number of units by building passive income block by block. I have also brought on board friends who have also invested with the same company.
I will strongly advice you against self trading, it's really dangerous and had brought so many investors down, you need some one with the knowledge and strategies, someone dedicated to the crypto currency market buisness, and I will strongly recommend expert Mrs Patricia
