Everything sounds so delicious! I was drinking a gin-and-tonic while I watched, and I wanted some of the dried fish snacks. Je regarde votre vidéo, il est 11 h du matin et ça me donne fin ! La cuisine japonaise à l'air si savoureuse... Et le goût du détail avec les emballages qui sont très beaux. Et le tofu au sésame ! Miam ! Mamiko, j'utilise souvent le miso, car c'est très très bon pour la santé, auriez vous une recette très simple de soupe au miso, adaptée à la France, sans ingrédients compliqués à trouver ? I sell some vintage Japanese clothes and can testify to their quality- really good fabric, well sewn with excellent finishes. The only downside for Westerners of course is the Asian sizing, so they mostly fit shorter petite people (which I am definitely not! 😂).

Mamiko, j'utilise souvent le miso, car c'est très très bon pour la santé, auriez vous une recette très simple de soupe au miso, adaptée à la France, sans ingrédients compliqués à trouver ?

I sell some vintage Japanese clothes and can testify to their quality- really good fabric, well sewn with excellent finishes. The only downside for Westerners of course is the Asian sizing, so they mostly fit shorter petite people (which I am definitely not! 😂).
