- Are you looking to add speakers to the work/gaming setup? I decided to check out the Razer Leviathan v2 X to see if they are worth the upgrade. Razer has been on a disappointing trend, but I'm hoping for the $99 price point, it hits just right.

I like your down-to-earth review style. Terrific review 👌
Just bought one today. Wanted the larger leviathan with the woofer but I don’t spending $250. Though I do wish the X model was just the sound at from the larger V2 non X model. Though in the topic of base that you mentioned I’ve noticed the passive woofers can do low base but not to well in the middle area for constant base but it is a little punchy with base. I do wish razer had a woofer connector port to add one if we wanted to.
Appreciate the honest review amigo 👍
thanks for review
greatings from estonia ;)
Damn this sounds amazing come threw my headphones beats might have to look in to this 😊
Thank you for this. I don't really care much about gaming audio, and I have a good headset anyway, but I do love listening to music while I clean the house, so I wanted a better speaker than the cheapy $15 ones I got two years ago, lol. So, I will be buying this one thanks to your review. Cheers!
Thanks for the review! Just wondering whether you've tried using this as a portable speaker if you had a powerbank that could deliver power to it?
I have not tried that, but shouldn't be an issue as long as your powerbank can output the required 65watts.
For a 99 dollar sound bar it works well. The RGB accents are a nice touch, and the audio is fine for regular desktop use. If I need more, that's what my headset is for.
Exactly! I just almost bought the next step up. But $99 vs $249 I think the answer was easy.
you sound like a shill
great review
your Wallpaper is amazing!
I've started looking for soundbars recently and this was easy to cross off the list. I don't like Razer's software and the sound quality from your test seemed really lacking for the price.
bought one and regertting it. should have just paid more and getting something louder and with a sub
tbh as long as it's better then my phone I'll be happy
“It sounds a little quiet” **doesn’t realise he can turn it up** come on bro 😂
Just a heads up (no pun intended), wearing a headset WILL NOT dent your skull... if it's hella tight and you wear it from being a baby, when your skull is soft... sure. Otherwise, no. That dent is a natural formation in the skull.
Yes I know 😀 though your hair tends to reflect otherwise after being matted down all day.
@@CodetheThings I know this pain all too well :')
how's the battery backup? is it possible to carry around and use it as a portable bluetooth speaker???
i lliked the Razer Leviathan V2 X that i bought the Razer Leviathan v2 version. (The Pro version is to expensive)
"Lee-Vye-ahh-thin"
Yeah...it was one of those days. I did acknowledge that in the final thoughts 😎
hi bro ,i just bought this razer soundbar, but my problem is that when I activate this product, aux also cancels my connected speakers, only razer is working,I want to use it all and get audio, how can I do this please help me, if I can't use it, I'm thinking of returning the product.
So you're attempting dual output? I find I often need to hit the select input on the device (far left button) on boot because it's always trying to set itself as primary.
@@CodetheThings ty for reply, there are currently 2 devices connected to my computer from aux,one is LG's soundbar and the other is the 5+1 z906,these two work smoothly, but when I plug in the razer, it cancels these two and shows itself as the only output device, my goal is to use 3 of them one at a time.
Try installing a free pc software for that. I can t remember exactly the software but it manages all your different speakers. Apparently it is not that simple in windows to get different existing speakers (from different manufacturers) to work together.
I was able to use my JBL charge 2 simultaneously with JBL Quantum PC speakers.
@@gilean6179 hi bro,i bought 2-3 pieces of type c for aux cables from different brands, but again there was no solution, so I sold them at the price I got.
Can I plug it directly to my monitor??
If your monitor has USB-C. It utilizes the USB for default audio connection and power.
13:50 why did you put the wrong product image in the video?
Ha good eye.! Yeah... I honestly stole those from the product packet they provided and apparently Razer too included the other models in some of the shots.
I own this thing, and let me tell you, it's loud, and bassy, not sure why most reviews are kind of light on it. $230 speakers by Razer, not bad, sure the V2 Pro is probably much better, but it's also another $200 give or take. I would not sell this one short though, it's perfect for gaming and music.
He's reviewing the V2x it's 99$ and its a smaller version of the v2
I've just bought one and I am returning it. Sound quality is very bad.
I just want a soundbar not an ad for a subwoofer I don't want.
Bro, Hermione called and said you mispronounced Leviathan.
Does this work on an Xbox?
im sure it would
It can connect as Bluetooth and USB. As long as Xbox can recognize USB audio devices it should be fine
I got one recently and I think its rubbish to be honest.
