You have to right click on the command prompt and should select administrater.....You have directly opened the cmd

There should be access settings of visible age access to online sources to be set for commercial as well as social accessibility… Meaning everyone and everything will be of the same social age and advertised for… The only reason is because that is more common communication with how we as people are already social… It is not complicated…
