Error - Configured Proxy Server is not responding in Windows 10

My internet stopped working on internet explorer and google chrome browser due to error "Configured proxy server is not responding" while proxy server never configured in my computer. I know this is strange and it might happen due to any unwanted event happened with your computer during internet access. To resolve this problem I found a quick and easy solution as per video. Watch the video, It may resolve your problem too. All the best.

Edit: guys if your sound and brightness are not working after doing this you can just trun off safe mode and restart ...it will fix problem and internet will still work
