Thanks Jmta93! I sure do appreciate your comment. I'm not great at tutorials but I can tell you that I dropped the key down a half step from the original Eagles recording from B flat to A major. All the chords used (A, D, C sharp 7th, F sharp minor, E and B minor) that's every chord!

+Kurt David Gott personally I think they should have passed the reins of this song to Schmit instead of Frey... his voice would have been more suited to it and it would not have had to detune to play it
Yes I totally agree, Schmit would have done a great job with this song! Frey was great but that was the one song he just couldn't do well even with de-tuning. Even Henley would have sung it better!

Oh yeah I remember watching that video a while back, that was so cool to see Schmit and Meisner sharing the stage, they were both in the band Poco before the Eagles. Richard Marx is pretty darn good in his own right! I'm going to watch it again....
i like your tutorial as a mater of fact i like it a lot. there are a few out there but yours is the best by far. wish you would play it in c sharp or g flat f sharp. play so we can see the keys . make me a video i would love to buy it. thanks tom
