Like when he was taking her out of his car trunk he picked her up put her back down gently instead doing what he normally does and throwing people around. He also gave her sweet looks and when he merged with Luke he became a better person and wanting to make things right with Bonnie . It’s not fair that they didn’t get a better ending Kai was such a funny, hot, interesting character! The writers should’ve let him stay in season 7 and that could’ve been the season that he developed and changed into a better person with Bonnie. Instead of sticking her with Enzo and giving a boring plot about the heretics😐.

Like in season 7, Kai was supposed to actually have Enzo’s storyline, having to protect Bonnie from the Heretics, have them hiding alone in a cabin together and then eventually falling in love with her.
