Hello CA Devesh ji, I have few queries:
1. Can you share me port location for ICD Dadri and Nhavasheva?
2. If i have a Bank AD code registered of some X bank, do i need to take any NOC from that bank if i want to change AD code to some other (Y) Bank?
3. Do we need to attach digital signature on each page of merged pdf before uploading on portal or only one page should be OK?
4. Does bank need to email AD code letter to respective ports separately too?

I follow all your steps and make pdf with digitally signed. But when I upload it on portal it shows error ( ICEGATE DOCS UPLOAD IS NOT A VALID PDF FILE. )

Thank you for the detailed video. This helped a lot but could you please show us a sample to exact order of documents along with what exactly have you filled in them ?!
Honestly I have tried all permutations and combinations. Sometimes they say IEC should come before GST and then PAN should come after the AD Code Bank letter... I mean if there is a human sitting on the other end then just check the details and get it approved! What is the need for a certain chronology ?!
They reject stating the documents need to be in the format PN 65/2023.
Have called the helpline a thousand times, they simply end up rejecting.
Much frustrated I went to Nhava Sheva in person where I met a random guy with the same problem.
He said he had to pay someone 12k, share the digital documents and within the next 4 days his thing got registered.
Don't know what to make of such a system!

if one port is alrdy registered it will automatically get registered in all ports there is no need to do for other ports

RBI only issue one AD code for a single Main branch, like HDFC Bank Mumbai head branch AD issued and others branch of HDFC Bank use only this ad code, even your bank account held Pune or Navi Mumbai..
