Lovely, it worked!
The issue with me was: The final step of certificate import wizard, my filename ended with .txt instead of .cer
I changed it to .cer and it worked :)

Dear iffatali6898,
Please confirm whether DSC registered on the ICEGATE is the same which you are applying right now. There may be instances where the users have renew the DSC after the expiry of the previous one. So, in that case user have to re-register the DSC on the ICEGATE. If that is your case, please go for re-register the DSC. Otherwise, you can re-initiate the process once again from the beginning.
