The School of Philosophy and Economic Science offers courses in practical philosophy and economics with justice as well as other subjects. It aims to approach philosophy in a practical way, encouraging students to apply philosophy in their lives. The School also introduces a mindfulness-type exercise leading eventually to mantra meditation.

I lissten often, chant along, play it in my space and share with my students and so much morel...so grateful for your fine questions and attention and to her clarity of expression that beautifully describes my experience of chanting since the 1960s, 7 years of the Lotus Sutra, chanting 7 years driving up and down the mountain above Boulder, Colorado, and also the inner mantra of Path of the Soul Radha Soami...all she says holds true in my life and in my teachings of the elementals, the ether element completes the cycle of earth, water, fire and air, into song sounding...singing shabds over decades of visiting India,.I used extended sounding when birthing my children, a beautiful primal sound that created ecstatic birth without pain...at nearly 83 I know all my decades of chanting have created the health, energy, purpose, happiness, calm and more...sincere depth gratitude for your lifework and sharing, Living sounding, teaching, talking with my students, mentoring, all sound is a blessing of love,, Farida
