Rudania, Medoh and Naboris are kinda dangerous for a new awakaned Link without equipment. But Vah Ruta? Is it possible to solve the Beast and beat Waterblight Ganon without the Paraglider? And what happens afterwards? Since the Plateau isn't finished, Link must die of a seizure right after Zelda teleports him out. And then? If the respawn coordinates are still inside Ruta, is Link able to re-enter? Sorry, this is just too interesting! I hope Kleric covers this in one of the next parts D:
But wait, I've got more! After setting the respawn coordinates inside a Shrine, Link must be teleported there even in brand new safe files, right? With this trick, he can get orbs he normally has no access to before leaving the Plateau. With Moon Jump, not even the Paraglider is needed to solve all the Shrines. Sooo, with a lot of time and switching between safe files, he could solve ALL Shrines before even setting foot off the Plateau! With the neat side effect of (almost) all Heart and Stamina Containers lol

I must have done the 0,0,0 coordinate thing on accident doing the horse in the mud glitch, 'cause I remember getting teleported under the map beneath the Ganon fight and being very confused.

Most likely not, wrong warping is just loading shenanigan, and sliding is juste moving with the wrong animation, it's two core mecanics in any games, and therefore it can produce really easly a lot of bugs. As fun as a glitch is, it can ruin someone's experience, and that's why they are removed. They are never put intentionnaly in big production game but indi game could do that
I don't think they quite work the same. :P If the sliding was from blocking a bomb, and wrong warping was directly changing the area to load within the code instead of storing one, then maybe I could see it as a reference.

By far the best tutorial on Moon Jumping I’ve ever seen. No one else covers how to get in and out of airborne state, or the various problems that can happen. The most I’ve seen covered is the slowdown problem, and not every tutorial covers even that.
To add to 13:15, because it was confusing and not obvious to me: moon jump must be enabled to make a wrong-warping save, but it's not necessary to wrong-warp using the save. For example, Kleric could have closed the game after an autosave at 13:43 (disabling moon jump) and still getting spawned outside the Great Plateau upon reloading.
With Voiding out and respawing far away, I like the idea that Link got so incredibly lost in the Lost Woods he ended up in the Gerudo Highlands or something

I went into a bottomless bog while moonjump was activated, and if you mash X to jump you can basically never drown in it, despite not being visible because of it. And if you walk around, as long as you mash X, you can basically become a constantly splashing mud particle thing..

Honestly, the duplication, durability, essence, and eventide storage glitches made the game better and more enjoyable for me, and I'm playing this for the first time. Korok hunting and durability were overyly tedious and annoying, essence was really convenient for me starting cuz I was BAD at the game, and with duplication, I get to keep weapons and shields I really like. These didn't ruin my game, they enhanced it. Thank you.
I may be late but, With the trick showed at 15:28 it is possible to re-visit divine beasts even after completing them, I only tried on Vah Medoh and found changes, there were no enemies nor music, and you could see the completed Medoh at it's spot on the rock (I moonjumped to it and it had pretty low quality). you can activate the terminal and you get the usual cutscene but in it, the already completed/1st Medoh is still there, so you have 2 Medoh's chillin' (seems like one of them despawns after the cutscene is over). You also get a second Revali's gale, the one you had before becomes transparent and when turned on/off it also turns the other one on/off, Having 2 Gales is pretty useless besides filling your "key item" inventory, because if you use one of the 2 completely, the other one gets used too. Pretty cool trick if you want to watch some cutscenes again.
I used glitches to break the game the first playthrough I did, and once I had beaten the game, it felt kinda empty, even when trying to play the DLC. I'm going back through and playing everything again, and finding it much more enjoyable to not use the glitches I did before to cheese everything. Except the Korok seeds. Those are just annoying.
Moon Jump Wrong Warping? Maybe in longer categories like 100%, but it's still kind of inconvenient to do so. You can only rely on the file you just made for the run, so you can't use another existing file to store locations you haven't discovered yet.

I had seen someone cover the moon jump glitch just on a basic level, so i tried it out and found out about the whole paragliding on the ground thing and was like "that's a neat glitch that isn't very useful." i had no clue it had this many quirks and uses to it, i'm super excited to see how all these weird accidental mechanics let you break the game. thank you for making these extremely helpful and comprehensive guides, i can't find anyone else who does 'em on the same level of detail and helpfulness as you.

i didn't open the door in SoR after following the first video. i spent a couple days learning ESC clipping and just couldn't get back in. finally i came up with a plan to get in using wrong warp and it worked perfect. only problem is this video is like a week late. :-) i never seen a few of those moon jump trick. great video...
I feel like you'll likely cover it in later parts, but using the wrong warps to get into 4 blessing shrines on a fresh save file allows you to bypass even getting the Shiekah Slate and escape the great plateau, and it's actually kinda awesome how true the game stays to that fact. No slate means you have no runes, no map (and so no fast travel either). You never activated the first tower so no other towers have risen from the ground either (not even invisible but still climbable , simply gone). Even the shrines throughout the map never get their lights turned on nor are able to be interacted with. It is TRULY like Link never actually woke up, and you are playing as a plain ol' regular Hylian. So long as you keep away from the Shrine of Resurrection, you can play like this all the way to Ganon, who is still totally beatable in this state, meaning you can play start to finish with no slate. I'm doing a playthrough like this with an alternate condition that I have to defeat every boss(Hinoxes, Lynels, etc.) in each region of Hyrule before attacking Ganon using a list to keep track, therefore still requiring me to visit all parts of Hyrule and have a substantial adventure even without Shrines or Divine Beasts. Since doing this means you never start the day-night cycle, enemies stay dead permanently unless a glitched blood moon is triggered (also means I can't fight Stalnoxes except maybe the one in Hyrule Castle because its never nighttime, so they are not included). I dunno if I can defeat every boss before triggering a glitch blood moon to clear the cache, but that's why im keeping track. To summarize/TL;DR, especially if you don't wanna read all that (but thanks a lot if you did!), It's amazing that the game is still so polished and playable in this state that should never normally happen, and you still have the tools necessary to play and beat it without this seemingly vital function. This challenge I'm doing has been really fun and if you're looking for a way to change things up, I'd recommend giving it a try!
It makes for a pretty heckin' fun and fresh playthrough. I've done it before, yes. I actually deleted my file that was currently doing it to start this series and share that in the end with a final "Bless your new file" video. Essentially showing you how to do that, and other things that make your journey even more of a challenge.

Fun fact: getting lost in the Lost Woods mist puts you in a weird state of being both airborne and grounded. You can walk around and do other grounded things, but if you jump, you become stuck in the airborne state. However, if you do certain things such as throwing your weapon (no swapping, just a throw), before jumping, you don't get stuck in the airborne state.

I had seen someone cover the moon jump glitch just on a basic level, so i tried it out and found out about the whole paragliding on the ground thing and was like "that's a neat glitch that isn't very useful." i had no clue it had this many quirks and uses to it, i'm super excited to see how all these weird accidental mechanics let you break the game. thank you for making these extremely helpful and comprehensive guides, i can't find anyone else who does 'em on the same level of detail and helpfulness as you.

i didn't open the door in SoR after following the first video. i spent a couple days learning ESC clipping and just couldn't get back in. finally i came up with a plan to get in using wrong warp and it worked perfect. only problem is this video is like a week late. :-)

I feel like you'll likely cover it in later parts, but using the wrong warps to get into 4 blessing shrines on a fresh save file allows you to bypass even getting the Shiekah Slate and escape the great plateau, and it's actually kinda awesome how true the game stays to that fact.
No slate means you have no runes, no map (and so no fast travel either). You never activated the first tower so no other towers have risen from the ground either (not even invisible but still climbable , simply gone). Even the shrines throughout the map never get their lights turned on nor are able to be interacted with. It is TRULY like Link never actually woke up, and you are playing as a plain ol' regular Hylian. So long as you keep away from the Shrine of Resurrection, you can play like this all the way to Ganon, who is still totally beatable in this state, meaning you can play start to finish with no slate.
I'm doing a playthrough like this with an alternate condition that I have to defeat every boss(Hinoxes, Lynels, etc.) in each region of Hyrule before attacking Ganon using a list to keep track, therefore still requiring me to visit all parts of Hyrule and have a substantial adventure even without Shrines or Divine Beasts. Since doing this means you never start the day-night cycle, enemies stay dead permanently unless a glitched blood moon is triggered (also means I can't fight Stalnoxes except maybe the one in Hyrule Castle because its never nighttime, so they are not included). I dunno if I can defeat every boss before triggering a glitch blood moon to clear the cache, but that's why im keeping track.
To summarize/TL;DR, especially if you don't wanna read all that (but thanks a lot if you did!), It's amazing that the game is still so polished and playable in this state that should never normally happen, and you still have the tools necessary to play and beat it without this seemingly vital function. This challenge I'm doing has been really fun and if you're looking for a way to change things up, I'd recommend giving it a try!
It makes for a pretty heckin' fun and fresh playthrough. I've done it before, yes. I actually deleted my file that was currently doing it to start this series and share that in the end with a final "Bless your new file" video. Essentially showing you how to do that, and other things that make your journey even more of a challenge.
Shrines are a whole new fun mystery to solve without runes. I got this clip before the file was deleted. :0

Fun fact: getting lost in the Lost Woods mist puts you in a weird state of being both airborne and grounded. You can walk around and do other grounded things, but if you jump, you become stuck in the airborne state. However, if you do certain things such as throwing your weapon (no swapping, just a throw), before jumping, you don't get stuck in the airborne state.
