The word “race” is not mentioned anywhere in the Quraan for a reason. Being of different colour, tribes, nations doesn’t mean that there are different races but that we’re of the same human race from (Adam & Eve) and we were divided into different tribes and nations so we my “know one another” or learn from one another no nation is more superior from the other(49:13). There’s also not enough scientific facts to prove that there’s different kinds of human races. O Allah, conceal my faults and keep me safe from what I fear. O Allah, guard me from in front of me and behind me, on my right and on my left, and from above me. And I seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being swallowed up from beneath me.
More and more I realise religion is not only about spirituality, philosophy and theology. Those are essential parts of it. But without community, without the love for the community any religion is just empty talk. I can see how happy this officer is. May God preserve the sweetness of the conversion forever in his heart.
