I managed to get a kill shot on a very damaged lvl 125 enforcer. It dropped a blueprint for 125 (no idea it did that). Got it crafted, it's a killing machine with lots of health!
I don’t mind you “rushing.” I think often you get bored with a series by the time you get to the end game, and getting past the grindier phases more quickly might help keep your interest 🙂
Plus, the way i see it, Extinction is a super grindy and challenging map. We know this series is limited time so if we want to see him fight the titans and explore the bobs tall tales stuff he's kinda gonna have to be "rushing."

So Apparently a RX 7800 XT can run ASA on Ultra settings at 39-44 fps. Take clouds out of the game (Which in my opinion ASA looks better without) then you have an easy 60 fps!
I run high settings with about 60 to 80fps on an EVGA RTX 3080 12GB...i play single player so the lag isn't much at all unlike if it were on a server with the boys

Name suggestion Bailey, 3 weeks ago we tragically lost my 6 year old dog. She had eaten plastic and it perforated her stomach (basically cut two small holes in her stomach). GRAPHIC WARNING!!! The stomach acid leaked out and burned more than half of her liver and stomach so the doctors had to remove said half of her stomach and liver. When I met her last she was on life support and there was nothing we could do to save her and we had not choice but to pull the plug. In 12 hours my dog went from sprinting in my back yard with my other dog to me having to carry her near lifeless body into the vet.
I'm so sorry that happened to you. We just had a big scare with our own dog. I can't imagine what losing him would feel like. It must be painful for you.

I think the dog should be named CuSith, which is a mythological dog form Irish and Scottish folklore. In the myth, if it let about three barks, you must reach safety by the third bark or be overcome with fear and terror
When you told the doggo to roll over, made me think of Rollo for a name (like the candy). Also since it is an armadillo dog... rollo for the roll up as well xD
My dog would definetly stop eating when I pet him. He gets distracted from his food way too fast. I think it's usually good practice to leave dogs alone when they're eating and offer them something for trade when you need to get food out of their mouth, so they don't defend it and know they will get something good in return.
The dogs will de-aggro as soon as you put away your tame. They will still aggro on other things around, just not you (as long as you have no tames out).

my go to names for dogs are rare gems. for example: diamond, ruby, emerald, sapphire, jade, topaz... etc. for cats i usually name them after famous scientists. had a sabertooth on one of my early island playthroughs who was named einstein. was a great kitty.
@Syntac you should think about having a pack of doggo's. One for each armor. Can keep the food on at base and have the others in balls in your pocket. Might be better then keeping all the armors on you/doggo.
Couple names I've thought about for my future armadoggo: Gizmo, Servo, Rivet, Astro, K9 (from doctor who), and Dynomutt. Dynomutt was a robot dog that could create mechanical devices from its body. There's also Brain, the dog from the animated inspector gadget show.

Loving extinction so far, on the Xbox S/X, the only complaint so far is the render distance for the creatures, its extremely bad, so bad sometimes that when im on a flyer above 100 feet in the air creatures simply wont render, after flying close to the ground they will just spawn on me within 15-20 feet, its making finding creatures a pain, thank Ark for the gene gun.
Ok for a better taming affectiveness on doggos regular kibble preffered but mutton 2nd best however you need individual stacks of 1 kibble for every 10 lvls of doggo example if it is level 150 you need popcorn out 15 pcs of kibble then do the pets :-) similar for using meats but this time popcorn out 1pc of meat for every level of doggo again for max lvl tame popcorn 150pcs of meat individually but all in a pile then fo the pets, unless they patched since its release

The ods are still a pain though the creatures get stuck on rocks and cliffs and stuff and sometimes don't even aggro to the drop

You can also lower the resolution scale, helps fps a lot with little impact on gameplay, just some fuzziness if its too low.

The patch today is supposed to fix wild enforcers so they drop blueprints like they're supposed to. It also makes doggos spawn in packs
