I really enjoyed Grid Legends on Quest 2. It gets loads of flack. EA patched it, too. I had a fab time with it. This was before GT7 had been released. I still think, for Quest owners, it's a great pick up.
Great review, thanks guys! Hoping they keep it updated, you are absolutely correct that the Quest library is missing at least a DECENT arcade racing game, so if they polish this itll be the one.
Just to have to highlight the fact that you can get Omega Pilot on stand-alone quest as well as PC. - your friendly neighborhood uber fan of Omega Pilot on the Quest.
A guy commented that the Dev of this game always released flawed games and they jump into the next project before fix the current one I am not familiar with their games
I'm gonna get this for quest 3s ... But it's just too many games available now that are just better It definitely looks good and fun But it also looks like it's missing a few things Good review bruh
Hello, let us clear up the confusion. Because there are collisions in the game. The game has these game modes: - Career or Async Multiplayer (with ghosts) - Real-time Multiplayer (car collisions ON or OFF, set in the lobby settings) - Combat Mode (real-time MP, with collisions and explosive stuff) - Tournament Mode Also, ghosts are a deliberate choice. They benefit the player a ton: - these are not some AI opponents, these are real players you play against - they are matched to your skill level, which means it will be fun to play with, no matter if you're a newcomer or a seasoned pro - as a player, you get a tailored experience and progress, jump the leaderboards at your own speed. Without the need to be online every day.
I've been holding $20 just for something new this week Im seriously thinking about starship troopers I know its not a trip a title....but i do know its awesome multiplayer and co-op, brew drinking fun I love arcade shooters that aren't so serious just fun to pick up and play It looks like it has some depth and some serious replayability Hopefully you guys will review tomorrow and help me make a decision Keep the content coming yo 💯😁
I knew they would shoot themselves in the foot with the wheel support. Told them not to hype up wheel players unless they had true FFB. Negative reviews are going to crush this game because of people pleasing developers.
I’ve been rather disappointed with the games for the Psvr 2. I had high expectations but it seems like game developers haven’t really took it seriously. Instead we get half polished, half finished lack lustre, last gen feeling games that just don’t scream premium. This falls into that category. I hope they’re working on some serious improvements for the PSVR 3 probably to drop with the PS6.
Interesting review, but I think you might not fully understand that smaller to medium-sized companies often don’t have the same resources and budget to develop their products as bigger multinational companies do. So, I feel you were a bit harsh on Xocus’ scope of offering big studio add-ons like sound and graphics. Where are they supposed to get the money to pay for the rights to music or hire a huge team of animators? Xocus is just a small indie studio that had to partner with another company to get this game to market.
I absolutely understand the limitations of smaller developers, and we speak with them regularly to give feedback during the games development. That doesn't change the fact that, in this case, they are still competing with other VR racing games and for the same hard earned money and free time of gamers. As such, we have to be honest about what the game is and isn't. It's an often fun indie game that is priced right, but that doesn't change the issues the game has.
@ you should be more clear in the review that they have budgetary constraints and mention the fact it is an indie game earlier in your review and I know you don’t only do this for love and you need to keep getting the views and subs for the revenue streams that this channel provides to you the content creators so you have to be quite succinct and snappy in your reviews, I just felt this time when speaking about the music it sounded like you thought easy and affordable to have a more tailored soundtrack. PS I am subbed and generally genuinely like your content just I have a lot of good feelings for this developer as Omega Pilot is my favourite VR game mainly for the competitiveness that the asynchronous multiplayer mode that brings me back every time I pick up my headset.

Not the developer, but yes, the publisher Joy Way does have a bad track record.
@@VRGRID For the record, our latest game STRIDE Fates received a full year of content and technical updates, along with 2 free DLC

I dont get why racing games on quest dont have 3rd party controller support, the analog sticks on quest are too small and twitchy for racing

My guess is if Sony does another headset it will be a standalone.

@jioxxvr hard disagree and that’s such a North American attitude from this European’s perspective.
@ the “British” are practically North American.
@jioxxvr btw I identify as Scottish but never British except for my passport and I like the majority of Scots want to rejoin the EU.
