Many have said it before, but hearing someone so sweet and lovely that I could never imagine one could ever say a thing to or about reminds me that not everyone wants to access their light. I just found your channel a day ago!!! I'm so so sorry to hear about illness I'm so glad you pulled through! Seems like you have touched so many people's lives including mine!!! Again I'm a chef ran a kitchen of 15 and then the next day rushed to the hospital cause by kidneys failed so now I'm on dialysis and have been for 7 years now! And watching you makes me want to get back into my cooking even though I'm stuck in a wheelchair now but you have truly inspired me ! So thank you so so much ! Keep doing you girl!!!

Do you have a diagnosis? Has your pcp, ( primary care physician) referred you to a specialist? A gastrointestinal specialist? Did you get a diagnosis of diverticulitis?

This might sound odd, but here in Nebraska it is common to serve Cinnamon rolls with Chili. I grew up eating it that way, they served it that way in the school cafeteria when I was a kid. Peanut Butter seems odd to me. I love watching you! Happy New Year!

Sarah I had so many issues with my digestive system too. I had IBS and Acid Reflux. I also was diabetic. I have been on a Ketogenic diet for 3 moths and have reversed my diabetes and no more acid reflux or IBS. I was very skeptical but I tried the vegan, vegetarian ect. This is the only thing that has truly helped me. My husband had an episode with Congestive Heart Failure 5 years ago. His cardiologist always told him his high bp was a "high normal" Well he has been on the Ketogenic diet with me and went to his cardiologist 3 weeks ago and his bp was 123/76. His dr looks at him after looking at his chart and said "What are you doing "? My husband told him Keto and IF" Dr. says'"That is why your bp is fantastic now.Keep it up I am sold on IF the research is there and I am onboard with the Keto" Also he took my husband off of bp meds.I am only sharing for your information, so you have an opinion from someone that has had wonderful results and has been down the same road you are on. :)
