i130 has been the best option in the past few years, I have seen USCIS processing cases between 8-15 months.
Also the i130 is less complicated at an embassy interview because the officer has all the facts and documents in front of them, in some cases there can also be a child out of the wedlock.
Hello Jim, thanks for sharing this info. If my fiancee comes to the US in a B2 visa, when can we get married? Do we need to wait a certain time to get married and then file the I-130?

I have Daca since I was 16, I’m 27 now. I got married an US citizen and I’m pregnant. I didn’t take flu or Covid vaccine. My doc doesn’t want to write a letter to me. She didn’t but didn’t e specify why, she only wrote she doesn’t recommend me to take the vaccine… is there a change to me get approved?

Hello sir, I have a question
When i got my receipt i realize that my birth year on the form i-485 is incorrect but the other forms have a correct birth year. What should i do in this case ?
Also, I do have my biometrics scheduled in a week. Should I reschedule that?

A question to you great man,assume that ahmad is a us citizen through birth,he has a good job life and clean background and paying taxes on time.He can fall in love anyone anygirl.My question is if ahmad wants to marry 1.Canadian or 2.British 3.Austalian 4.eu citizen from esta agreement countries 5.Turkish or Arab or other countries ,which one is the easiest for admission i mean shorter and smooth.
