I can't wait to see what your Barbie Clone looks like after you clean her up and dress her! Like your other picks, too! I can't wait to see the other Barbies you bought!
My daughter is starting to keep older Barbies now going to be a collector my daughter Priscilla is 25 yes old just starting to collect loves Barbies she even looks like a Barbie herself ! 😊
Oh, Sue, that was fun! Good score on that Crumpet doll! Those are her original clothes and shoes!!!! She was a 1971 Kenner. I remember the Saturday Morning TV commercial. I don't remember the blue eye shadow though, LOL.... I hope you can get that off. That stuffed animal Pooh was an early 70's Pooh. I know that because my sister had it. Now, I could be wrong, but, I don't think that that is a Miss Sun Beam. I think the Miss Sun Beams were Horsman...so, if you don't see Horsman on her, you might want to research her 'cuz she could be pretty valuable with fixed eyes....whatever she really is. ( Horsman was popular in the 50's and she does look 50's...don't know) The Miss Sun Beams, that I know of, are not that old and were smaller dolls..totally different doll. Anyway, you should check on her labels. If you go back to that guy for the Barbies, you should get that cabinet, if he wants to give you a good deal..it is beautiful. Those little American Indians in the boxes??..Carter has some of those and we found them all at antiques stores. I love the Royal Dalton figurines too. They would look pretty on that cabinet. LOL.....and... Storm Troop clock was cute ; ))) Now, funny thing on the Tiffany Taylor.... I had never seen one with the yellow skirt button/clasp before you had shown the last TT you got. My doll, (got her in 1974), has a pearl that holds on the lime colored, wrap-around skirt. Now, that is two I've seen...interesting : )) Maybe it was a different lot on maybe year????? Good haggle on the clone Barbie and the 1600 Booklet. $40 was way too much. I hope you do a video when you go back for the Barbies. Did he say they were early 60's? Waiting with abated breath!!! Lots-a-love!! Keep Calm and Barbie On Ms. Malibu!! Mod Girl
I will check out that rubber doll, I thought she was cute. If she is worth a lot, may be selling her, maybe lol. The Antique guy said they were the old ones. I have bought a couple from him before. I hate it is gonna be 2 weeks before I get to see them. I will film. Thanks for all the pics info, I haven’t had time to research any yet. But you got me a starting point Mod Girl!!🥰
Hey Barbie Love It was awesome walking along with you at estate sale and antique shop! I love walking through these places and reminiscing about the good old days! Thank you for video.
Hey Sue, I loved this new video and I saw some things in the video that I have to share. The baby with the thing on its back. I use to see them in thrifts when I was young the thing on the back was a type of filter or a speaker and filter for a sound effect. Depending on how someone picked up or put down the baby doll it made a poor baby noise that was between baby and doggy chew toy. Somewhat similar to those kid butan or stick toys that when the kid flips it over it makes a weird sound lol. The mysterious doll in 13:00 in sitting in the chair that was a Boudoir lady. Very popular doll that was meat for bed or sofa decor. Around the 20's and 30's I can't recall which classic movie in the black and white film era but they had a cameo appearance as background decor for a scene most of the time either in a bedroom or living room. The very rare ones are the ones I think called the smoking boudoir lady where she had a cigarette between her lips. Very hard to find in good condition, not very easy to show for replacements, because they're so rare, an way over expensive. A pair of shoes I've seen priced is enough to buy a truck load of dolls lol. The small boy doll I can't think of his name but I believe he might be the boyfriend of a doll called Dinah Mite. A fashion type doll.
The doll in red dress is Crumpet by Kenner. She came with a table and tea set. She sits on the floor at her table and "pours" tea when you pull her cord. She is battery operated also to do that twist motion to pour her tea in a tea cup. 😊
The doll for $5 she looks like the doll that was in the TV show I think it was call “Family Affair” was it call Ms Beezley? The 2nd one reminded me of the doll that the hair grows when you pull it from the top. Oh and my husband is a big StarWars collector and he has the white storm trooper lol. Looks like you had lots of fun 🥰❤️💖
The $5 doll I have been told is called Miss Crumpet. but she does favor Ms Beezley. There is a commercial of her on YT, I can't wait to watch it. That was a neat clock, I don't collect Star Wars but I thought that clock was neat!! Thanks for watching.
I do not collect bears...except for some Muffy Vanderbear bears. I became intrigued with them as they come in dresses and shoes and have accessories. Most are expensive but once in a while you get lucky and sometimes I find the outfits for a good deal! Intrigued to hear and see what you find in the Barbie hunt.🌹
Loved the informative video. You are very good at checking dolls out so quickly as potential buys...I wish I had that ability! Maybe as I always continue to watch your videos, I will have the knowledge to quickly assess the value and condition of the "real" vintage collection that I so desire. Thanks again!!!!
The Kenner doll is Crumpet and I have my original! I absolutely loved her so much! She came with a tea service and was able to pour into tea cups! 😍💖🥰💕
I've never seen a doll that pours tea into a tea cup love to have one from that time now ! I grew up in n the 70s I love them looking dolls ! From Adelaide south Australia
Don't need bears. Like the colorful Tupperware! .Randy Travis is my favorite country artist. What RT trailer? Like the first vintage angel. Go back! No, the bigger ornate gold leaf one. Hello, Thumbalina! Deluxe Reading bride from the supermarket! Is this the place you would return to for the 'Giant Barbie Haul. Part 1, Part 2, Part 3??? I am stressing out over all the merchendise..When does this video end? You did not need that wacked out Tiffany Taylor. Antique Mart over store. That Sunbeam dress does not look original to the doll to me but like the rubber bun! Oh. Oh, Oh, Sue's Barbie Love.
Sadly, I didn't go back. I am a little overloaded with item right now. LOL The man doing the Estate sale is the same one I got my Giant Barbie Haul from. It was in the back of his antique store (which he recently sold) I should have gotten that angel though.
Hey nice to meet you I also do collect Barbie nails two Barbie dolls not Barbie nails but Barbie dolls and skipper thousand Stacy dolls and Chelsea dolls as well your friend who wants to be your friend is Anna
If l was there l would have liked to get that big Berjusa baby doll, that Alyoisas (not sure of the right spelling) teddy bear, and the big Paddington Bear 🐻❤
You should have got the box of old doll parts. Worth money. The round thing on the back of that doll is a speaker. I originally made a crying noise or said mama
I don't remember which one I had but I either had Tuesday or Tiffany Taylor but that one looked a little bit bigger than the one I had did they make different sizes of those and did her hands pop on and off cuz the one I had the hands popped on and off
nice to find people like that. good luck
