I find these kinds of videos interesting bc I’m a person w/ adhd (medicated for it bc it makes my anxiety worse, and anti-anxiety meds didn’t work as well as dealing w/ my constantly racing adhd thoughts) and the only things I really fail at in the videos are memory related. I basically had to teach myself how to forcibly focus on one point in school (also this is related to self soothing methods I use to avoid eye contact w/o looking like I’m avoiding eye contact since I’m also autistic) Essentially I watched this video twice and once I forced myself to focus, and the second I let myself not do that. What I found is I remember better w/o forced focus but I absolutely suck at following things without it (my eyes hopped from the pens to the room to her nose more times than I cAn count) Good video! /gen
