This is a wonderful outlook 🤍 I think it's just when you're 18 you think you will have it all together by 30 and then you get close to 30 and get nervous bc you don't 🥹 I'm learning that is the norm though
My 20s was a learning experience with a lot of uncertainty, my 30s was a bit rough, I was dumb but had fun. And now my 40s are the BEST!!! I feel good most times, energetic, have mental clarity, peaceful thoughts AND I look my most gorgeous self 💚

Happy birthday! I'm an introvert too and I'm the same about my birthday. I don't tell anyone my birthday. Facebook doesn't even show it for the same reasons . I feel like ppl would just disappoint me so I have anxiety about it. Normally my mom just buys a cake for me and I relax in bed with my favorite snacks for the day
