I think there are two outfit types for these ghouls. One is with tailcoat and vest, and the other is with short-sleeved shirt and suspenders (removed vest and tailcoat.)
They changed them a while ago, but if its hot out they just wear shirts and sometimes suspenders. If its not to hot they wear what they had on in the video (more formal coat)

You can tell the ghouls are finding their “groove”. The energy they have reminds me of the ghouls who finished the popestar tour.
